【摘要】:改革開放以來,我國(guó)的對(duì)外貿(mào)易量增長(zhǎng)迅速。集裝箱改變了貨物運(yùn)輸?shù)男问?而集裝箱多式聯(lián)運(yùn)日益成為連接內(nèi)陸貨源腹地和沿海港口的有效手段,因此我國(guó)應(yīng)積極推進(jìn)集裝箱多式聯(lián)運(yùn)的發(fā)展。集裝箱多式聯(lián)運(yùn)形式多樣,其中包括陸海聯(lián)運(yùn)、陸空聯(lián)運(yùn)和?章(lián)運(yùn)等,本文主要對(duì)大連地區(qū)的集裝箱陸海聯(lián)運(yùn)進(jìn)行相關(guān)研究。 集裝箱陸海聯(lián)運(yùn)主要包括海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)和公海聯(lián)運(yùn),由此也可以看出集裝箱陸海聯(lián)運(yùn)的發(fā)展程度與內(nèi)陸集疏運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)之間關(guān)系緊密。近幾年來,公海聯(lián)運(yùn)作為我國(guó)集裝箱陸海聯(lián)運(yùn)的主要形式取得了快速的發(fā)展,而集裝箱海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)狀況卻不容樂觀。我國(guó)港口的集裝箱海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)比例不足2%,而歐美發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家大型港口如荷蘭的鹿特丹港、德國(guó)的漢堡港以及安特衛(wèi)普港的集裝箱海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)量已經(jīng)接近20%,一方面說明我國(guó)與歐美國(guó)家的集裝箱海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)之間有較大差距,另一方面顯示我國(guó)集裝箱海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)的發(fā)展存在巨大空間。 大連地區(qū)的內(nèi)陸集疏運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)達(dá),集裝箱陸海聯(lián)運(yùn)量在全國(guó)一直保持領(lǐng)先地位,2012年大連地區(qū)的集裝箱海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)比例約為8%,集裝箱公海聯(lián)運(yùn)量也維持了高速增長(zhǎng)。我國(guó)已經(jīng)充分認(rèn)識(shí)到發(fā)展集裝箱陸海聯(lián)運(yùn)的重要性,在全國(guó)設(shè)立了18個(gè)集裝箱中心站,并將大連港作為6個(gè)集裝箱海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)示范區(qū)之一,可以預(yù)測(cè)大連地區(qū)的集裝箱海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)將迎來高速發(fā)展的時(shí)期。HL航運(yùn)大連公司一直以來致力于向客戶提供最優(yōu)質(zhì)、最便捷、最專業(yè)的集裝箱運(yùn)輸服務(wù),HL航運(yùn)大連公司應(yīng)把握機(jī)遇,發(fā)展集裝箱陸海聯(lián)運(yùn)。 本文運(yùn)用灰色預(yù)測(cè)模型對(duì)大連港的集裝箱海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)量進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),大連港的集裝箱海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)量將會(huì)增長(zhǎng)快速,并根據(jù)預(yù)測(cè)的結(jié)果和HL航運(yùn)大連公司本身的特點(diǎn)制定集裝箱陸海聯(lián)運(yùn)的發(fā)展方案,其中包括利用公司的全球航線網(wǎng)絡(luò)、建立健全的信息系統(tǒng)和發(fā)展有能力的代理機(jī)構(gòu)等。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's foreign trade volume has increased rapidly. Container has changed the form of freight transportation, and container multimodal transport has become an effective means to connect inland cargo source hinterland and coastal port. Therefore, China should actively promote the development of container multimodal transport. There are many kinds of container multimodal transport, including land and sea transport, land air transport and sea air transport, etc. This paper mainly studies the container land sea transport in Dalian area. Container land-sea transport mainly includes sea-rail transport and high-sea transport. From this, it can be seen that the development of container land-sea transport is closely related to the inland transportation network In recent years, the high seas intermodal transport, as the main form of container land and sea transport in China, has made rapid development, but the situation of container sea rail transport is not optimistic. The proportion of container seaborne combined transport in Chinese ports is less than 2 percent, while large ports in developed countries in Europe and the United States, such as Rotterdam Port in the Netherlands, The volume of container seaborne transport in Hamburg port and Antwerp port in Germany is close to 20. On the one hand, it shows that there is a big gap between China and the European and American countries. On the other hand, there is a huge space for the development of container sea-rail transport in China. The inland transportation network is well developed in Dalian, and the container transport volume by land and sea has always maintained a leading position in the whole country. In 2012, the proportion of container sea rail transport in Dalian area is about 8, and the volume of container high seas transport has also maintained a high speed growth. China has fully realized the importance of developing container land and sea transport, and has set up 18 container central stations throughout the country, and has taken Dalian Port as one of the 6 container seaborne transport demonstration zones. It can be predicted that container seaborne transport in Dalian area will usher in a period of high speed development. Dalian Shipping Company should seize the opportunity. Development of container land-sea transport. In this paper, the grey forecasting model is used to predict the container seaborne transport volume of Dalian Port, and the container seaborne combined transport volume of Dalian Port will grow rapidly. According to the forecast results and the characteristics of HL Shipping Dalian Company, the development plan of container land-sea combined transport is formulated, which includes making use of the company's global airline network, establishing a sound information system and developing a capable agency, etc.
