天津港煤炭碼頭效率評價的研究

【摘要】:近年來,煤炭的需求遠不及煤炭的供給,運輸市場呈現(xiàn)較低迷的狀態(tài)。雖然煤炭的需求近些年呈現(xiàn)飽和的狀態(tài),但是伴隨著將來會急速發(fā)展的國民經(jīng)濟,煤炭的內(nèi)需也將會被拉動,國家對電力乃至煤炭的需求量也會越來越大,所以煤炭的需求量將來依然會呈現(xiàn)上升的趨勢,并且這種情況會對我國北方重要下水港生產(chǎn)能力的要求愈發(fā)嚴格。天津、曹妃甸、京唐等環(huán)渤海地區(qū)的煤炭下水港紛紛投資建設新的煤碼頭,以便于使其運輸煤炭的實力得到提升,并最終提升港口的綜合競爭力。 過去,煤炭碼頭是制約水路運輸煤炭的瓶頸。但是近幾年,中國的發(fā)展越來越快,經(jīng)濟急速增長,這樣就需要越來越多的煤炭。導致的結(jié)果就是某些企業(yè)愈發(fā)過分的追求在港口投資建設煤炭碼頭,更甚者會致使投資者投入的錢過多并且在某些吞吐量小的港口建設多余的碼頭。如今,煤碼頭與煤碼頭之間的競爭局勢異常緊張,在這種環(huán)境下,碼頭營運企業(yè)不惜以降低碼頭服務所收取的費用等方法來打贏這場殘酷的戰(zhàn)爭。 本文評價并研究了天津港自有煤碼頭的碼頭效率,并且選取了與天津港自有煤炭碼頭規(guī)模類似的煤炭碼頭,筆者從中國港口年鑒以及其他資料中搜集出計算中會用到的2012年樣本碼頭相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),以碼頭岸線長度、碼頭前沿水深、堆場面積、裝船效率作為輸入指標,碼頭煤炭吞吐量作為輸出指標,由此來評價天津港自有煤碼頭的相對生產(chǎn)效率,最后分析現(xiàn)今天津港自有煤炭碼頭所存在問題并就如何解決這些問題從而提高碼頭生產(chǎn)效率提出合理的措施和建議。 本文最終意圖在于通過評價研究天津自有煤碼頭相對生產(chǎn)效率,使其能在我國港口中找準自己的定位,繼而找出自身和效率較高煤炭碼頭港口之間的差距,發(fā)現(xiàn)碼頭在初期的建設和整體的營運過程中所存在的問題,最后找出針對這些存在的問題的解決辦法,達到提升煤碼頭效率,從而推進天津港發(fā)展的效果。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the demand for coal is far from the supply of coal, and the transportation market is in a depressed state. Although the demand for coal has been saturated in recent years, with the rapid development of the national economy in the future, the domestic demand for coal will also be driven, and the demand for electricity and even coal will be increasing in the country. Therefore, the demand for coal will continue to increase in the future, and this situation will be more stringent to the production capacity of important sewerage ports in the north of China. Tianjin, Caofeidian, Jingtang and other coal launching ports around the Bohai Sea have invested in the construction of new coal terminals in order to enhance their strength in transporting coal and ultimately enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the ports. In the past, Coal wharf is the bottleneck of coal transportation by water. But in recent years, China's economy is growing faster and faster, so it needs more and more coal. As a result, some companies are increasingly seeking to invest in coal terminals in ports, and even more, investors will invest too much money and build redundant terminals in some ports with low throughput. Today, the competition between the coal terminal and the coal terminal is extremely tense, in this environment, Wharf operators do not hesitate to reduce the fees charged for terminal services to win this cruel war. This paper evaluates and studies the efficiency of Tianjin Port's own coal wharf. And select the coal wharf similar to Tianjin Port's own coal wharf. The author collects the relevant data of the 2012 sample wharf which will be used in the calculation from the yearbook of the Chinese port and other data, in order to the length of the wharf shore line, the water depth at the wharf front, Stacking yard area, loading efficiency as input index, wharf coal throughput as output index, thus evaluating the relative production efficiency of Tianjin Port's own coal wharf. Finally, the paper analyzes the existing problems of Tianjin Port's own coal wharf and puts forward some reasonable measures and suggestions on how to solve these problems in order to improve the production efficiency of the terminal. The final intention of this paper is to study Tianjin's own coal through evaluation. The relative productivity of the wharf, So that it can find its own position in the port of our country, and then find out the gap between itself and the more efficient coal wharf port, and discover the problems existing in the initial construction and the whole operation process of the wharf. Finally, the solutions to these problems are found to improve the efficiency of coal wharf and promote the development of Tianjin Port.
