【摘要】:在廣大的農(nóng)村地區(qū),鄉(xiāng)村道路在連接農(nóng)村與城市或集市之間的物資流通和農(nóng)民生活勞作出行方面,起到了最重要的作用。然而,規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)好的鄉(xiāng)村道路系統(tǒng)是受到鄉(xiāng)村空間布局、經(jīng)濟(jì)格局、農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)等多方面因素影響的。 國(guó)家商品糧種植鄉(xiāng)道路現(xiàn)代化,是商品糧現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)的條件之一。本文運(yùn)用道路技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)和工程管理理論與系統(tǒng)分析方法,對(duì)國(guó)家商品糧種植鄉(xiāng)道路規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)管理問題進(jìn)行了分析,提出國(guó)家商品糧種植鄉(xiāng)道路規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)管理理論和方法,并運(yùn)用到河南省延津縣東屯鎮(zhèn)道路改建規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)管理中去。 1.依據(jù)鄉(xiāng)村道路對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的作用和鄉(xiāng)村道路需要特性分析,提出鄉(xiāng)村農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)和居民生活對(duì)道路需要分析框架。把村鎮(zhèn)間道路分為主要聯(lián)系道路和次要聯(lián)系道路,分別論述了其功能特性和規(guī)劃特征。把田間道路分為田間干路、支路和田頭路,分別論述了其功能特性和規(guī)劃特征。 2.按照農(nóng)田整理改造工程田、水、路、林統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的要求,分析了田間道路與田塊、水渠、林網(wǎng)的規(guī)劃的關(guān)系。按照鄉(xiāng)村道路可持續(xù)發(fā)展要求,設(shè)計(jì)8個(gè)有別于城市路網(wǎng)的鄉(xiāng)村路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方案評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),建立了綜合權(quán)重雙基點(diǎn)法用于鄉(xiāng)村路網(wǎng)方案的評(píng)價(jià)。 3.依據(jù)對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村道路線形設(shè)計(jì)和路基路面設(shè)計(jì)的影響因素和要求分析,提出了鄉(xiāng)村道路線形、路基路面設(shè)計(jì)的要求,即路線的選擇原則、路基填筑材料的要求、路基承載力的大小和穩(wěn)定性要求、路面結(jié)構(gòu)的力學(xué)性能指標(biāo)。依據(jù)價(jià)值工程原理、提高價(jià)值的途徑和工作內(nèi)容,提出基于利益相關(guān)者鄉(xiāng)村道路功能分析方法。
[Abstract]:In the vast rural areas, rural roads play the most important role in linking the circulation of goods between rural areas and cities or fairs and the life and labor travel of farmers. However, the planned and designed rural road system is affected by many factors, such as the layout of rural space, economic pattern, agricultural production and so on. The modernization of the country's commodity grain planting township road is one of the conditions for the modern production of commodity grain. Based on the theory of road technical economy and engineering management and systematic analysis method, this paper analyzes the problems of road planning and design management for the country's commodity grain planting township, and puts forward the theory and method of road planning and design management for the country's commodity grain planting township. And applied to Yanjin County, Henan Province Dongtun Town Road Planning and Design Management. 1. Based on the analysis of the role of rural roads in agricultural production and the characteristics of rural road needs, the analysis framework of rural agricultural production and residents' road needs is put forward. The road between villages and towns is divided into main connection road and secondary connection road, and their functional characteristics and planning characteristics are discussed respectively. The field roads are divided into field trunk roads, branch roads and field roads, and their functional characteristics and planning characteristics are discussed respectively. 2. According to the requirements of the unified planning and development of farmland, water, road and forest, the relationship between field road and field block, canal and forest network is analyzed. According to the requirements of sustainable development of rural roads, eight evaluation indexes of rural road network planning are designed, which are different from urban road networks, and the comprehensive weighted double-point method is established for the evaluation of rural road network schemes. 3. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors and requirements of rural road alignment design and roadbed and pavement design, the paper puts forward the requirements of rural road alignment and roadbed pavement design, that is, the principle of route selection and the requirements of subgrade filling materials. The size and stability of subgrade bearing capacity and mechanical performance index of pavement structure are required. According to the principle of value engineering, the method of function analysis of rural roads based on stakeholders is put forward.
