交易費用視角下道路貨運企業(yè)規(guī)模分析

【摘要】:道路運輸業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),,在經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展中有基礎(chǔ)性和保障性作用,同時在綜合運輸體系中發(fā)揮著重要作用,從我國道路貨物運輸市場實踐來看,道路運輸基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)力度的明顯加快,各種運輸服務(wù)項目和服務(wù)類型的不斷出現(xiàn),運輸需求多樣化趨勢明顯,越來越要求有服務(wù)較好的運輸企業(yè)提供運輸產(chǎn)品,這樣才能滿足日益增長的貨運需求,由此可見,對于道路運輸市場主體的貨運企業(yè),同時運輸市場的主要參與者,應(yīng)在運輸市場中應(yīng)發(fā)揮著重要作用。與此形成鮮明對比的是,我國貨運企業(yè)多以小型企業(yè)或個體經(jīng)營業(yè)戶為主,缺乏有影響的跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營的大型貨運企業(yè),分散的市場結(jié)構(gòu)導(dǎo)致運輸資源難以得到充分利用,所提供的服務(wù)水平與其作為貨運市場主體地位作用不相匹配,貨運企業(yè)如何逐步向規(guī);、集約化經(jīng)營發(fā)展,如何提高運輸經(jīng)濟效率,進而發(fā)揮貨運企業(yè)的規(guī)模經(jīng)濟,已經(jīng)成為當前道路貨運企業(yè)發(fā)展的重大問題。 本文以交易費用視角對道路貨運企業(yè)規(guī)模進行分析,首先,通過對道路貨運企業(yè)的交易過程、交易活動特征分析,明確了交易費用在貨運企業(yè)經(jīng)營過程中所起的作用,確定了道路貨運企業(yè)的交易效率;其次,基于交易費用對道路貨物運輸企業(yè)規(guī)模經(jīng)濟進行分析,確定道路貨運企業(yè)長期平均成本曲線,明確道路貨運企業(yè)具有規(guī)模經(jīng)濟;再次分析交易費用與道路貨運企業(yè)規(guī)模的內(nèi)在關(guān)系,明確交易費用對不同類型道路貨運企業(yè)規(guī)模的影響;最后,基于交易費用確定道路貨運企業(yè)規(guī)模變化方式,分析交易費用下貨運企業(yè)規(guī)模各種約束條件,確定道路貨運企業(yè)規(guī)模約束的作用范圍。
[Abstract]:Road transportation is the basic industry of the national economy, which plays a fundamental and supporting role in the development of economy and society, and plays an important role in the comprehensive transportation system. From the point of view of the market practice of road freight transportation in China, With the remarkable acceleration of road transport infrastructure construction, the continuous emergence of various transport service items and service types, and the obvious trend of diversification of transport demand, more and more transport enterprises with better services are required to provide transport products. Only in this way can the increasing demand of freight transport be satisfied. Thus, it can be seen that the freight enterprises of the main body of the road transportation market and the main participants of the transportation market should play an important role in the transportation market. In contrast, most freight enterprises in our country are mainly small enterprises or self-employed enterprises, and lack of influential large freight enterprises operating across regions. The scattered market structure makes it difficult to make full use of transportation resources. The level of service provided does not match its role as the main body of the freight transport market. How to develop the freight enterprises to scale and intensive operation, how to improve the economic efficiency of transportation, and then give full play to the economies of scale of freight transport enterprises, Has become the current road freight enterprise development of major issues. This paper analyzes the scale of road freight enterprises from the perspective of transaction costs. Firstly, through the analysis of the transaction process and the characteristics of transaction activities of road freight enterprises, the paper clarifies the role of transaction costs in the operation process of freight transport enterprises. Secondly, the paper analyzes the scale economy of road freight transport enterprises based on transaction costs, determines the long-term average cost curve of road freight enterprises, and makes clear that road freight enterprises have economies of scale. Thirdly, it analyzes the internal relationship between transaction cost and the scale of road freight enterprise, and clarifies the influence of transaction cost on the scale of different types of road freight enterprise. Finally, based on the transaction cost, it determines the change mode of the scale of road freight enterprise. This paper analyzes various constraints on the scale of freight enterprises under transaction costs, and determines the scope of the constraints on the scale of road freight enterprises.
