【摘要】：本文是關(guān)于R港煤炭運(yùn)輸發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究的論文,論文系統(tǒng)地對(duì)其內(nèi)部環(huán)境和外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了全面分析,總結(jié)出了自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)、面臨的機(jī)遇和威脅,通過(guò)SWOT分析工具,研究并提出了符合公司特點(diǎn)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和實(shí)施方案。R港煤炭運(yùn)輸?shù)膬?yōu)勢(shì)表現(xiàn)在四個(gè)方面:一是擁有充足能力的專業(yè)化煤炭輸出碼頭;二是集疏運(yùn)條件發(fā)達(dá);三是煤炭中轉(zhuǎn)大港地位突出;四是集團(tuán)總體戰(zhàn)略思路清晰,組織環(huán)境優(yōu)越。劣勢(shì)表現(xiàn)在四個(gè)方面:一是輸出能力充足,但能力富余嚴(yán)重;二是上水接卸無(wú)專業(yè)化泊位,能力缺口大;三是新的晉中南煤炭運(yùn)輸大通道與港口現(xiàn)有車型匹配不適;四是港城矛盾嚴(yán)重,粉塵污染嚴(yán)重。面臨的機(jī)遇表現(xiàn)在六個(gè)方面:一是國(guó)家宏觀政策將持續(xù)支持經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展;二是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展向好,帶動(dòng)煤炭能源消費(fèi)增長(zhǎng);三是供方和顧客會(huì)持續(xù)給予R港以支持;四是競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手明確,R港競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力最強(qiáng);五是晉中南煤炭運(yùn)輸大通道為R港下水煤炭持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了有力保障;六是煤炭市場(chǎng)空間充足。面臨的而威脅表現(xiàn)在四個(gè)方面:一是競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手之間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈,反擊能力增強(qiáng);二是潛在進(jìn)入者既造成了威脅,也加劇了競(jìng)爭(zhēng);三是社會(huì)因素中環(huán)保壓力加劇;四是企業(yè)用工成本增加。在對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)和機(jī)遇、威脅分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本文科學(xué)地使用SWOT分析矩陣,認(rèn)為R港煤炭運(yùn)輸宜選擇以增長(zhǎng)型戰(zhàn)略為主、其他戰(zhàn)略為輔的組合型戰(zhàn)略,既要充分利用內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì),牢牢把握外部機(jī)會(huì),又要積極應(yīng)對(duì)外部挑戰(zhàn),克服自身劣勢(shì),實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:This paper is about R port coal transportation development strategy research paper, the paper has carried on the comprehensive analysis to its internal environment and the external environment systematically, has summed up its own superiority and the inferiority, faces the opportunity and the threat, through the SWOT analysis tool, Research and put forward the development strategy and implementation plan in accordance with the characteristics of the company. The advantages of coal transportation in port R are shown in four aspects: one is the specialized coal export wharf with sufficient capacity, the other is the developed collecting and distributing conditions; Third, the status of coal transit port prominent; fourth, the group's overall strategic thinking clear, organizational environment superior. The disadvantages are shown in four aspects: first, the output capacity is sufficient, but the capacity surplus is serious; second, there is no specialized berth in Shangshui connection and unloading, and the capacity gap is large; third, the new coal transport channel in the south of Jinzhong is not suitable for matching the existing models of the port; Fourthly, the contradiction between port and city is serious and dust pollution is serious. The opportunities are shown in six aspects: first, the national macro policy will continue to support the economic development; second, the economic development will improve to promote the growth of coal energy consumption; third, the supply side and customers will continue to give support to R port; Fourth, the competitors are clear that the competitiveness of the R port is the strongest; fifth, the coal transport channel in the south of Jinzhong provides a strong guarantee for the sustainable development of coal in the R port; sixth, the coal market has sufficient space. The threats are manifested in four aspects: first, the competition between competitors is becoming fiercer and stronger, the second is that the potential entrants not only cause the threat, but also aggravate the competition, third, the pressure of environmental protection in the social factors intensifies; Fourth, enterprise labor costs increased. On the basis of the analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, this paper uses SWOT analysis matrix to study the use of SWOT analysis matrix. It is concluded that the combination strategy of coal transportation in R port should be based on growth strategy, supplemented by other strategies, and should make full use of its internal advantages. Firmly grasp the external opportunities, but also actively respond to external challenges, overcome their own weaknesses, and achieve implicit development.
