【摘要】：船舶作為航運企業(yè)重要生產(chǎn)工具與航運市場的重要載體而存在著，因此船舶投資是航運企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理的重要環(huán)節(jié)之一，進(jìn)而影響著航運企業(yè)的各項生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營與管理的活動中，因此船舶投資決策對于航運企業(yè)來講是最重要的決策，也是決定企業(yè)走向的根本決策。 全球經(jīng)濟(jì)和政治的變化影響著國際間的貿(mào)易，同時也影響著國際航運市場。在金融危機(jī)帶來的航運低谷中，大型船公司如何根據(jù)自身特點做出適當(dāng)?shù)慕?jīng)營管理策略，如何利用反周期運作調(diào)整公司船隊結(jié)構(gòu)與運力來增強(qiáng)自身競爭力與市場占有率，，將對其生存發(fā)展產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)影響，因此船舶投資就是重中之重的考核項目。 本文基于全球集裝箱貿(mào)易量和集裝箱船舶運能相互平衡的原理，采用1996年到2011年大型集裝箱箱船舶數(shù)量與集裝箱貨運量的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)，歸納出集裝箱船舶的船型艘數(shù)方程，并以此為基礎(chǔ)，預(yù)測2030年前后將出現(xiàn)的集裝箱船舶載箱量。 考慮到巨型集裝箱船的定義，在預(yù)測1.65萬TEU載箱量船舶可能出現(xiàn)年份的基礎(chǔ)上建模分析投資風(fēng)險，建議航運企業(yè)在考慮投資該船型時合理的選取投資數(shù)量。
[Abstract]:As an important tool of production and an important carrier of shipping market, ship investment is one of the important links of shipping enterprise management, and then affects the production, management and management of shipping enterprise. Therefore, ship investment decision is the most important decision for shipping enterprises, and it is also the fundamental decision to determine the trend of shipping enterprises. The changes of global economy and politics influence the international trade and the international shipping market. In the shipping trough brought by the financial crisis, how to make appropriate management strategy according to their own characteristics, how to use counter-cyclical operation to adjust the company fleet structure and transportation capacity to enhance their competitiveness and market share. Will have a profound impact on its survival and development, so ship investment is the most important assessment project. Based on the principle of balance between global container trade volume and container shipping capacity, the statistical data of the number of large container vessels and container cargo volume from 1996 to 2011 are adopted in this paper, and the ship type number equations of container ships are summed up. On the basis of this, the volume of container ships around 2030 will be predicted. Considering the definition of giant container ship, the investment risk is modeled and analyzed on the basis of predicting the possible year of 16500 TEU container carrying ship, and it is suggested that the shipping enterprise should reasonably select the investment amount when considering the investment of the ship type.
