【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和國(guó)際貿(mào)易的迅猛發(fā)展，促使生產(chǎn)一體化進(jìn)程不斷加快，，進(jìn)而帶動(dòng)了全球各國(guó)物流的發(fā)展進(jìn)入了一個(gè)全新的時(shí)期。從我國(guó)歷年GDP統(tǒng)計(jì)表可知，我國(guó)GDP增長(zhǎng)迅速，自2006年至2011年期間，我國(guó)GDP年均增長(zhǎng)率達(dá)到10.9%。在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)水平不斷提高的同時(shí)，我國(guó)港口物流也迎來了飛速的發(fā)展，港口商品的頻繁流動(dòng)導(dǎo)致貨物流通量持續(xù)增大，自2006至2011年，上海港、深圳港、香港港口的集裝箱吞吐量平均年增長(zhǎng)率為5.3%左右。在2011年，上港集團(tuán)、深赤灣港航集團(tuán)的主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)收入總額的平均增長(zhǎng)率大約為5.7%，而凈利潤(rùn)總額的平均增長(zhǎng)率大約是負(fù)14.6%。因此，如何改善港口物流績(jī)效水平，使得港口物流企業(yè)管理趨于合理化、規(guī)范化，從而達(dá)到降低物流成本、提高物流運(yùn)作效率，進(jìn)而使得港口物流能夠更好發(fā)展，具有重要的研究意義。 本文以提高港口管理效率為目標(biāo)，通過構(gòu)建港口物流績(jī)效指標(biāo)，運(yùn)用粗糙集理論對(duì)構(gòu)建的績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行篩選并計(jì)算出評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重，結(jié)合ABC管理法以便港口物流企業(yè)對(duì)重點(diǎn)指標(biāo)重點(diǎn)監(jiān)控。論文主要從以下三個(gè)方面對(duì)港口物流績(jī)效進(jìn)行了研究： 首先，詳細(xì)分析我國(guó)主要港口物流的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，從提高管理運(yùn)作效率的角度提出對(duì)港口物流績(jī)效進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)的重要性。 其次，通過對(duì)港口物流特點(diǎn)及物流運(yùn)作流程的分析，建立港口物流績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。 最后，采用粗糙集的原理對(duì)港口物流績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行篩選，及利用粗糙集權(quán)重算法，對(duì)各指標(biāo)進(jìn)行權(quán)重賦值，結(jié)合管理學(xué)ABC分類管理方法對(duì)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)按照重要性進(jìn)行排序，以便港口物流企業(yè)對(duì)重點(diǎn)指標(biāo)重點(diǎn)監(jiān)控。 通過從以上三個(gè)方面對(duì)港口物流績(jī)效的研究，本文得出以下結(jié)論： ①?gòu)母劭诨A(chǔ)設(shè)施和規(guī)模、物流作業(yè)水平、客戶滿意度、員工素質(zhì)、信息水平、財(cái)務(wù)六個(gè)方面建立港口物流績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。 ②應(yīng)用粗糙集模型對(duì)港口物流績(jī)效指標(biāo)進(jìn)行篩選和權(quán)重賦值，結(jié)合管理學(xué)中ABC管理方法對(duì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行排序，以便港口物流企業(yè)對(duì)重點(diǎn)指標(biāo)的重點(diǎn)監(jiān)控。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and international trade, the process of production integration has been accelerated, and the development of logistics in the world has entered a new period. From the statistics of China's GDP over the years, we can see that our country's GDP growth is rapid, from 2006 to 2011, the average annual GDP growth rate of our country reached 10.9%. At the same time, the economic level of our country is improving constantly, the port logistics of our country has also ushered in the rapid development, the frequent flow of the port commodity causes the goods circulation volume to increase continuously, from 2006 to 2011, the Shanghai port, the Shenzhen port, The average annual growth rate of container throughput in Hong Kong ports is about 5.3%. In 2011, the average growth rate of total revenue from the main operations of Shanghai Hong Kong Group, Shenzhen Chek Wan Port and Shipping Group was about 5.7, while the average net profit growth rate was about -14.6. Therefore, how to improve the performance level of port logistics, make the management of port logistics enterprise tend to rationalize and standardize, so as to reduce logistics costs, improve the efficiency of logistics operation, and then make port logistics can develop better. This paper aims to improve the efficiency of port management, through the construction of port logistics performance indicators, using rough set theory to screen the constructed performance evaluation index and calculate the weight of the evaluation index. Combined with ABC management method for port logistics enterprises to focus on key indicators monitoring. This paper mainly studies the performance of port logistics from the following three aspects: firstly, the development of port logistics in China is analyzed in detail. The importance of evaluating port logistics performance is put forward from the point of view of improving management efficiency. Secondly, through the analysis of port logistics characteristics and logistics operation process, the evaluation index system of port logistics performance is established. The principle of rough set is used to screen the evaluation index of port logistics performance, and the weight assignment of each index is carried out by using the weight algorithm of rough set, combining with the ABC classification management method of management, the performance evaluation index is ranked according to its importance. Through the study of port logistics performance from the above three aspects, this paper draws the following conclusions: 1 from the port infrastructure and scale, logistics operation level, customer satisfaction, employee quality, This paper establishes the evaluation index system of port logistics performance in six aspects of information level and finance. (2) applying rough set model to screen port logistics performance index and assign weight to it, combining with ABC management method in management to sort the index, In order to port logistics enterprises to key indicators of key monitoring.
