【摘要】：隨著全球運輸服務進入綜合物流時代，港口作為全球物流鏈中的重要環(huán)節(jié)，其功能已由傳統(tǒng)的裝卸貨物的轉運地向著綜合物流中心的角色轉變，開展物流服務已成為港口未來發(fā)展道路上的必然趨勢。珠三角地區(qū)是中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展最快、經(jīng)濟總量最大的區(qū)域，廣州當前也正在打造國家中心城市，亞洲物流中心。近年來，廣州港集團緊緊抓住廣東省實施“珠三角地區(qū)發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要”以及經(jīng)濟社會快速發(fā)展的機遇，大力發(fā)展集裝箱物流業(yè)務并取得了突破性的進展，吞吐量逐年增長。同時，發(fā)展中也暴露一些問題，如集裝箱港口通過能力不足、機械設備配置不充分以及外部競爭壓力增大等。如不及時采取對策措施，，將嚴重影響廣州港集團集裝箱物流業(yè)務的健康發(fā)展。 本文首先介紹了研究背景和國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀，并對研究內(nèi)容和方法進行了明確；介紹了國內(nèi)外集裝箱物流業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和趨勢，同時簡要介紹了廣州港集團的基本情況，重點介紹了集團的業(yè)務構成和集裝箱內(nèi)外貿(mào)業(yè)務的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在問題并對問題成因進行了分析；詳細介紹和闡述了廣州港集團發(fā)展集裝箱物流的競爭環(huán)境，一方面是通過PEST分析法分析了外部環(huán)境，同時對廣州港集團所處的廣東省珠三角地區(qū)的集裝箱發(fā)展行業(yè)環(huán)境進行了分析，提出了集團集裝箱發(fā)展面臨的競爭對手及其優(yōu)劣勢，然后通過SWOT分析法，研究分析了集團公司發(fā)展集裝箱物流的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機會和威脅。 在前面研究分析的基礎上，結合集團港口腹地經(jīng)濟發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和趨勢，利用腹地生產(chǎn)法和趨勢分析法對廣州港集團內(nèi)外貿(mào)集裝箱生產(chǎn)量、吞吐量進行了預測，為集團未來發(fā)展集裝箱業(yè)務提供有效的數(shù)據(jù)基礎。根據(jù)預測，到2015年集團集裝箱吞吐量將達到1500萬標箱，到2020年集裝箱吞吐量將達到2040萬標箱，目前現(xiàn)有的集裝箱碼頭的能力與之存在較大的差距。 通過以上綜合分析研究，本文提出了廣州港集團發(fā)展集裝箱物流的定位、目標以及策略，結合發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和競爭環(huán)境有針對性地提出了低價經(jīng)營、南沙貨源開拓、戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟、資源配置優(yōu)化、綜合物流、發(fā)展外貿(mào)、發(fā)展無水港、政府扶持等八個措施，并進行了研究分析。為保證策略的順利實施，本文提出了加快集裝箱通過能力建設、開展港口綜合物流、推進服務品牌建設、促進改善口岸環(huán)境和加快物流人才培養(yǎng)等六條具體的措施。
[Abstract]:With the global transportation service entering the era of integrated logistics, as an important link in the global logistics chain, the function of port has changed from the traditional transshipment of loading and unloading cargo to the role of integrated logistics center. Developing logistics service has become an inevitable trend in the future development of port. The Pearl River Delta is China's fastest-growing region with the largest economic volume. Guangzhou is also building a national central city, the Asian logistics center. In recent years, Guangzhou Port Group has grasped the opportunity of Guangdong Province to implement the "Pearl River Delta area Development Planning outline" and the rapid economic and social development, and has made great efforts to develop container logistics business and achieved breakthrough progress, and the throughput has been increasing year by year. At the same time, some problems are exposed in the development, such as insufficient capacity of container ports, inadequate allocation of machinery and equipment, and increasing external competitive pressure. If the countermeasures are not taken in time, the healthy development of container logistics business of Guangzhou Port Group will be seriously affected. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and current research situation at home and abroad, and clarifies the research contents and methods, introduces the current situation and trend of container logistics industry at home and abroad, and briefly introduces the basic situation of Guangzhou Port Group. This paper mainly introduces the business structure of the group and the present situation of the development of container internal and foreign trade business, analyzes the existing problems and causes of the problems, introduces and expounds in detail the competitive environment for Guangzhou Port Group to develop container logistics. On the one hand, it analyzes the external environment through PEST analysis, and at the same time, analyzes the container development industry environment in the Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong Province where Guangzhou Port Group is located, and puts forward the competitors facing the group container development and its advantages and disadvantages. Then, through SWOT analysis, the paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of developing container logistics. On the basis of the previous research and analysis, combined with the present situation and trend of economic development in the port hinterland of the Group, the production and throughput of foreign trade containers in Guangzhou Port Group were forecasted by using the hinterland production method and trend analysis method. To provide an effective data base for the future development of container business. According to the forecast, the group container throughput will reach 15 million TEUs by 2015 and 20.4 million TEUs by 2020. At present, there is a big gap between the existing container terminals and the container terminals. Through the above comprehensive analysis and research, this paper puts forward the positioning, goal and strategy of Guangzhou Port Group's development of container logistics, combining the current development situation and the competitive environment, puts forward the low price management, Nansha source development, strategic alliance, Eight measures, such as optimization of resource allocation, comprehensive logistics, development of foreign trade, development of waterless port and government support, are studied and analyzed. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy, this paper puts forward six concrete measures, such as speeding up the construction of container capacity, carrying out comprehensive port logistics, promoting the construction of service brand, promoting the improvement of port environment and speeding up the training of logistics talents.
