外運速航內(nèi)貿(mào)集裝箱航線運營策略研究

【摘要】:自1996年國內(nèi)沿海內(nèi)貿(mào)水路集裝箱航線開辟以來,得益于國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定增長,客戶逐步接受集裝箱這種運輸方式,以及大量適箱貨源的開發(fā),沿海內(nèi)貿(mào)集裝箱運輸業(yè)務(wù)一直處于高速發(fā)展之中,并且與綜合物流,多式聯(lián)運等緊密相連。沿海主要港口、國內(nèi)主要海運公司,以及大批民營企業(yè)紛紛加入、擴大運力,希望能在此行業(yè)占據(jù)、擴大市場份額。 中國外運作為中國最大的綜合物流供應(yīng)商,以物流作為核心業(yè)務(wù),航運作為主要支撐,致力于發(fā)展綜合物流。經(jīng)歷過金融危機,傳統(tǒng)的外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)無法繼續(xù)快速發(fā)展,如何拓展新的業(yè)務(wù)增長點,如何整合資源,發(fā)展綜合物流業(yè)務(wù),成為擺在中國外運領(lǐng)導(dǎo)面前的課題之一。沿海內(nèi)貿(mào)集裝箱的高速發(fā)展以及與綜合物流的關(guān)聯(lián)度讓中國外運看到了機會,外運速航應(yīng)運而生。 外運速航在初期進(jìn)入沿海內(nèi)貿(mào)集裝箱運輸市場,由于判斷失誤,管理混亂,擴張速度與自身能力不配比,航線策略不清晰等問題,導(dǎo)致公司虧損持續(xù)加大,企業(yè)也到了生死存亡的邊緣,該不該發(fā)展內(nèi)貿(mào)集裝箱運輸業(yè)務(wù),如何發(fā)展內(nèi)貿(mào)集裝箱業(yè)務(wù),是本文重點闡述的。 本文通過對外運速航進(jìn)行SWOT分析,找出外運速航現(xiàn)階段經(jīng)營中的優(yōu)勢、劣勢,潛在的機會和威脅,并針對航線存在的布局不合理,船型使用不適當(dāng)?shù)葐栴},應(yīng)用航運有關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論,線性規(guī)模模型,運營成本等知識進(jìn)行分析,提出解決問題的策略和措施,并指出外運速航今后的發(fā)展方向和目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Since the opening of domestic coastal inland waterway container routes in 1996, thanks to the sustained and steady growth of the domestic economy, customers have gradually accepted the container as a mode of transport, as well as the development of a large number of suitable cargo sources. Coastal container transport has been in rapid development, and closely linked with integrated logistics, multimodal transport, and so on. Major coastal ports, major domestic shipping companies, as well as a large number of private enterprises have joined to expand capacity, hoping to occupy this industry and expand market share. As the largest integrated logistics supplier in China, China Outsourcing takes logistics as its core business and shipping as its main support, and devotes itself to the development of integrated logistics. After the financial crisis, the traditional foreign trade business can not continue to develop rapidly. How to expand the new business growth point, how to integrate resources, how to develop the integrated logistics business has become one of the topics facing the Chinese foreign transportation leaders. The rapid development of coastal domestic trade container and its connection with integrated logistics make Chinese foreign shipping see the opportunity, and speed shipping emerges as the times require. At the beginning of the initial period, foreign shipping speed entered the coastal domestic container transportation market. As a result of misjudgment, confusion in management, mismatch between expansion speed and its own capacity, unclear airline strategy, etc., the company's losses continued to increase. Enterprises have also come to the edge of life or death, whether or not to develop domestic trade container transport business, how to develop domestic trade container business, is the focus of this paper. In this paper, through the SWOT analysis, we find out the advantages, disadvantages, potential opportunities and threats in the current operation of the foreign shipping speed, and aim at the unreasonable layout of the route and improper use of the ship type, and so on. Based on the basic theory of shipping, linear scale model, operation cost and other knowledge, the paper puts forward the strategies and measures to solve the problem, and points out the future development direction and goal of the shipping speed voyage.
