【摘要】：東航云南有限公司作為云南省目前最大的基地航空公司,2011年8月2日正式頒證運(yùn)行,與云南省國(guó)資委合作后,合資公司以后將不斷壯大,運(yùn)行將越來(lái)越科學(xué)優(yōu)化,運(yùn)作也將更加規(guī)范,將來(lái)做到以昆明為中心,連接各省會(huì)城市、大中旅游城市和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)城市,以及東南亞、南亞的立體航線網(wǎng)絡(luò),成為以昆明為樞紐的區(qū)域網(wǎng)絡(luò)型主導(dǎo)航空公司。而決定這一目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵就是整個(gè)公司的航班優(yōu)化。 本文從航空公司一切生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)的基礎(chǔ)和核心即航班計(jì)劃開(kāi)始介紹,以及目前東航云南有限公司航班計(jì)劃制定和執(zhí)行的過(guò)程。航班計(jì)劃的編制是一個(gè)復(fù)雜而繁瑣的過(guò)程,而且影響航班計(jì)劃的因素也是多種多樣的,文中盡可能的列舉了這些影響因素。進(jìn)一步對(duì)影響航班計(jì)劃制定的三個(gè)主要因素,即航線市場(chǎng)旅客流量(OD數(shù)據(jù)流)、旅客需求分析和航線網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行了深入研究。通過(guò)大量數(shù)據(jù)和理論的分析得出這些因素的重要性。本文使用SWOT矩陣分析法分析了東航云南有限公司所面臨的機(jī)會(huì)和威脅及優(yōu)劣勢(shì),進(jìn)一步分析了東航云南有限公司航班優(yōu)化的兩個(gè)方面,其一是針對(duì)目前東航云南有限公司的航班計(jì)劃編制流程,提出了考慮市場(chǎng)因素這一重要指標(biāo)來(lái)優(yōu)化編制流程。同時(shí),提出了機(jī)組計(jì)劃和維修計(jì)劃進(jìn)行優(yōu)化的必要性。其二是分析航線網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化。試通過(guò)以往航線網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化的實(shí)施使得收益提升的歷史數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)證明樞紐輻射式航線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的可行性。也提出了航線網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化的簡(jiǎn)單設(shè)計(jì)。最后,對(duì)東航云南有限公司航線網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃進(jìn)行了研究,提出了東航云南有限公司未來(lái)5年分兩個(gè)階段完成的航線網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃,并將具體的國(guó)內(nèi)、國(guó)際網(wǎng)絡(luò)如何實(shí)施進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:As the largest base airline in Yunnan Province, China Eastern Airlines Yunnan Co., Ltd. officially issued its license on August 2, 2011. After cooperating with the Yunnan SASAC, the joint venture company will continue to expand and its operation will become more and more scientific and optimized. The operation will also be more standardized. In the future, Kunming will be the center, connecting provincial capitals, large and medium-sized tourist cities and economically developed cities, as well as a three-dimensional network of routes in Southeast Asia and South Asia. Kunming to become the hub of regional network leading airlines. And the key to the realization of this goal is the optimization of the entire company's flights. This paper begins with the basis and core of all production activities of airlines, that is, the flight plan, and the process of making and implementing the flight plan of China Eastern Airlines Yunnan Co., Ltd at present. The preparation of flight plan is a complicated and complicated process, and the factors that affect the flight plan are various. This paper lists these factors as far as possible. Furthermore, three main factors that affect the flight planning, namely, the flow of passengers in the airline market and the OD data flow, the analysis of passenger demand and the route network, are further studied. Through a large number of data and theoretical analysis of the importance of these factors. In this paper, SWOT matrix analysis method is used to analyze the opportunities, threats, advantages and disadvantages faced by China Eastern Airlines Yunnan Co., Ltd., and two aspects of flight optimization of China Eastern Airlines Yunnan Limited Company are further analyzed. In view of the current flight planning process of China Eastern Airlines Yunnan Co., Ltd., this paper puts forward an important index of considering market factors to optimize the compilation process. At the same time, the necessity of optimization of unit planning and maintenance plan is put forward. The second is to analyze the route network optimization. This paper attempts to prove the feasibility of the hub radiation route network through the historical data of the previous route network optimization which makes the revenue increase. The simple design of route network optimization is also proposed. Finally, the route network planning of China Eastern Airlines Yunnan Limited Company is studied, and the route network planning of China Eastern Airlines Yunnan Limited Company is put forward in two stages in the next five years. How to implement the international network planning and design.
