軌道交通實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)項(xiàng)目時(shí)間管理相關(guān)問題的研究

【摘要】:近年來,中等職業(yè)教育堅(jiān)持“以服務(wù)為宗旨,以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向”的辦學(xué)方針,加強(qiáng)學(xué)生職業(yè)技能的培養(yǎng),提高人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量,隨著中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教學(xué)方法的改革,實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)大量建設(shè),工程施工的難度和復(fù)雜程度都在不斷的增加,工程項(xiàng)目時(shí)間管理水平的高低,直接影響到學(xué)校教育教學(xué)內(nèi)容。面對千頭萬緒的建設(shè)工作,如何在規(guī)定的質(zhì)量、時(shí)間等約束條件的要求之下完成實(shí)訓(xùn)基地的建設(shè)任務(wù)是一個(gè)重要的問題,因而工程項(xiàng)目時(shí)間管理成為實(shí)訓(xùn)基地項(xiàng)目施工管理的核心內(nèi)容。 文章以沈陽現(xiàn)代制造服務(wù)學(xué)校軌道交通實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的時(shí)間管理為實(shí)例,對實(shí)訓(xùn)基地工程建設(shè)過程中的一些項(xiàng)目管理問題進(jìn)行研究、探索。由實(shí)例可以看出,軌道交通實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目時(shí)間管理的方法是十分必要的。 軌道交通實(shí)訓(xùn)基地的建設(shè)是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的項(xiàng)目,涉及到項(xiàng)目管理的各個(gè)方面,時(shí)間管理又是項(xiàng)目管理中的重要內(nèi)容,主要包括:軌道交通實(shí)訓(xùn)基地的活動(dòng)的定義,軌道交通實(shí)訓(xùn)基地活動(dòng)的排序,軌道交通實(shí)訓(xùn)基地活動(dòng)時(shí)間的估算,軌道交通實(shí)訓(xùn)基地進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制以及軌道交通實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃控制等內(nèi)容。即首先用工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)WBS把整個(gè)建設(shè)內(nèi)容分解成工作包,再用節(jié)點(diǎn)活動(dòng)法繪制出網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖,計(jì)算各個(gè)活動(dòng)的時(shí)間參數(shù),算出最早開始時(shí)間和最遲結(jié)束時(shí)間,并計(jì)算出時(shí)差。運(yùn)用模擬法估算出活動(dòng)所需時(shí)間長度的期望值,計(jì)算每一活動(dòng)時(shí)間長度的時(shí)差,最后算出總項(xiàng)目時(shí)間長度,通過各活動(dòng)的時(shí)差計(jì)算可得該項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵路徑。采用最常用的數(shù)學(xué)分析方法甘特圖法、關(guān)鍵路徑法、計(jì)劃評審技術(shù)來編制進(jìn)度計(jì)劃。軌道交通實(shí)訓(xùn)基地的建設(shè)過程中采用比較法進(jìn)行跟蹤,按時(shí)完成了任務(wù)。 理論與實(shí)踐的結(jié)合十分重要,,在實(shí)踐中找出項(xiàng)目時(shí)間管理中存在的問題,并運(yùn)用知識和工具去解決,收到了較好的效果。在軌道交通實(shí)訓(xùn)基地的建設(shè)過程中,將項(xiàng)目時(shí)間管理的方法運(yùn)用到實(shí)際工程項(xiàng)目中去,對存在的問題給出對策與建議,為其它的實(shí)訓(xùn)基地的建設(shè)提供可以借簽的方法和模式,對各中職學(xué)校更有效地解決實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)過程中出現(xiàn)問題提供有價(jià)值的指導(dǎo)和幫助。也為教育教科研機(jī)構(gòu)制定方案提供有用的信息和決策參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, secondary vocational education adheres to the policy of "serving as the aim and employment as the guide", strengthens the cultivation of students' vocational skills, and improves the quality of the training of talents. With the reform of teaching methods in secondary vocational schools, The construction of practical training base is a large amount of construction, the difficulty and complexity of engineering construction are constantly increasing, the level of time management of engineering projects directly affects the content of school education and teaching. In the face of the innumerable construction work, how to complete the construction task of the training base under the constraints of prescribed quality, time, etc., is an important issue. Therefore, project time management has become the core content of project construction management in training base. Taking the time management of the construction project of railway transit training base in Shenyang modern manufacturing service school as an example, this paper studies and explores some project management problems in the course of engineering construction of Shenyang modern manufacturing service school. From the example, it is very necessary to use the method of project time management in the construction of the training base of rail transit. The construction of rail transit training base is a complex project, which involves all aspects of project management. Time management is also an important part of project management, including the definition of the activities of the training base of rail transit. The sequencing of the training base activities of rail transit, the estimation of the activity time of the training base of rail transit, the preparation of the progress plan of the training base of the rail transit and the control of the progress plan of the construction of the training base of the rail transit, etc. First, the whole construction content is decomposed into work packages by WBS, then the network diagram is drawn by node activity method, the time parameters of each activity are calculated, the earliest start time and the latest end time are calculated, and the time difference is calculated. The expected value of the required time length of the activity is estimated by using the simulation method, the time difference of each activity time length is calculated, and the total project time length is finally calculated. The key path of the project can be obtained by calculating the time difference of each activity. The most commonly used mathematical analysis methods, such as Gantt chart, critical path method and plan review technique, are used to draw up the progress plan. In the course of the construction of the training base of rail transit, the comparative method was used to track and finish the task on time. The combination of theory and practice is very important. In practice, we find out the problems existing in project time management, and use knowledge and tools to solve them. In the course of the construction of the training base of rail transit, the method of project time management is applied to the actual project, the countermeasures and suggestions are given to the existing problems, and the method and mode that can be borrowed and signed for the construction of the other practical training base are provided. It provides valuable guidance and help for each secondary vocational school to solve the problems in the construction of practical training base more effectively. It also provides useful information and decision-making reference for educational, scientific and research institutions.
