【摘要】:在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的促進(jìn)下,現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)快速發(fā)展。港口作為綜合運(yùn)輸體系的重要組成部分和現(xiàn)代物流活動(dòng)的重要節(jié)點(diǎn),其功能正由傳統(tǒng)中轉(zhuǎn)中心向綜合物流中心角色轉(zhuǎn)變,成為保持區(qū)域乃至全球競(jìng)爭(zhēng)主導(dǎo)地位的重要戰(zhàn)略依托。如何發(fā)揮港口區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)、如何加強(qiáng)港口建設(shè)、如何拓展港口功能、如何帶動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展等問(wèn)題,已成為港口物流發(fā)展的重要問(wèn)題。 萬(wàn)州港口集團(tuán)所轄港口碼頭,包括重慶三大主樞紐港區(qū)之一萬(wàn)州港區(qū)和五個(gè)重點(diǎn)港區(qū)之一奉節(jié)港區(qū)以及忠縣、石柱、云陽(yáng)、巫山、巫溪五個(gè)縣級(jí)港區(qū)的主要碼頭,是重慶港的重要組成部分。各港口碼頭以自身良好的地理位置、交通區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)和廣闊的經(jīng)濟(jì)腹地為依托,已成為重慶建設(shè)長(zhǎng)江上游航運(yùn)中心的重要支撐。研究萬(wàn)州港口集團(tuán)港口物流發(fā)展策略對(duì)于整合物流資源、發(fā)揮萬(wàn)州港口集團(tuán)各港口碼頭的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群效果、提高港口物流服務(wù)水平、推動(dòng)港口物流業(yè)發(fā)展以及促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。因此,本文結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)港口物流研究和發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)萬(wàn)州港口集團(tuán)港口物流發(fā)展策略進(jìn)行了研究。 首先,運(yùn)用SWOT分析法對(duì)萬(wàn)州港口集團(tuán)內(nèi)部存在的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)和外部面臨的機(jī)會(huì)、威脅進(jìn)行了分析,得到了萬(wàn)州港口集團(tuán)發(fā)展港口物流的SWOT矩陣。然后應(yīng)用灰色預(yù)測(cè)模型、BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型和回歸分析預(yù)測(cè)模型,對(duì)萬(wàn)州港口集團(tuán)貨物吞吐量和集裝箱吞吐量進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè),確立了萬(wàn)州港口集團(tuán)的發(fā)展目標(biāo)。最后結(jié)合萬(wàn)州港口集團(tuán)港口物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展目標(biāo),從港口結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型與功能升級(jí)、運(yùn)營(yíng)模式與品牌創(chuàng)新、作業(yè)流程再造與精細(xì)化管理、發(fā)展的融資渠道、信息化管理、戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟、人才培養(yǎng)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展等八個(gè)方面提出了萬(wàn)州港口集團(tuán)港口物流發(fā)展的具體策略。
[Abstract]:Under the promotion of the global economic integration, the modern logistics industry develops rapidly. As an important part of the integrated transportation system and an important node of modern logistics activities, the function of the port is changing from the traditional transit center to the integrated logistics center, and has become an important strategic support to maintain the leading position of regional and even global competition. How to give full play to the advantages of port location, how to strengthen port construction, how to expand port function and how to promote regional economic development have become important problems in port logistics development. The port wharf under the jurisdiction of Wanzhou Port Group includes the main wharves in five county-level port areas of Chongqing, namely, 10, 000 state ports of Chongqing's three main hubs and one of the five key port areas, Fengjie Port and Zhongxian County, Shizhu, Yunyang, Wushan, and Wuxi. It is an important part of Chongqing Port. Depending on their favorable geographical location, transportation location and vast economic hinterland, each port and wharf has become an important support for Chongqing to build a shipping center in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. This paper studies the port logistics development strategy of Wanzhou Port Group for integrating logistics resources, giving full play to the effect of industrial cluster of port terminals of Wanzhou Port Group, and improving the service level of port logistics. It is of great practical significance to promote the development of port logistics industry and the rapid development of regional economy. Therefore, this paper studies the port logistics development strategy of Wanzhou Port Group combined with the current situation of port logistics research and development at home and abroad. Firstly, this paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Wanzhou Port Group by using SWOT analysis method, and obtains the SWOT matrix of Wanzhou Port Group to develop port logistics. Then the grey forecasting model, BP neural network model and regression analysis forecasting model are used to predict the cargo throughput and container throughput of Wanzhou Port Group, and the development goal of Wanzhou Port Group is established. Finally, combined with the current situation and development goals of port logistics of Wanzhou Port Group, from the port structure transformation and function upgrading, operation mode and brand innovation, business process reengineering and fine management, development of financing channels, information management. Eight aspects of strategic alliance, talent training and sustainable development are put forward for the port logistics development of Wanzhou Port Group.
