本文選題：鐵路 + 節(jié)能降耗��； 參考：《西南交通大學(xué)》2012年碩士論文

【摘要】：與航空、公路等其他交通運(yùn)輸方式相比,鐵路具有其獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢,因此近年來我國鐵路運(yùn)輸發(fā)展迅速。鐵路運(yùn)輸企業(yè)總體能耗巨大,所以針對(duì)鐵路運(yùn)輸企業(yè)節(jié)能降耗工作的調(diào)查分析也顯得相當(dāng)重要。本文通過對(duì)成都鐵路局的調(diào)查,建立模型對(duì)成都鐵路局能源消耗和節(jié)能降耗工作進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),主要內(nèi)容如下。 1.通過查閱文獻(xiàn)資料對(duì)全國鐵路運(yùn)輸企業(yè)的能耗情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查,了解全國鐵路運(yùn)輸企業(yè)總體能耗情況,明確了對(duì)鐵路運(yùn)輸企業(yè)調(diào)研的方法和內(nèi)容； 2.對(duì)成都鐵路局進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場調(diào)研,收集成都鐵路局能源消耗、節(jié)能措施、單位運(yùn)輸工作量及節(jié)能降耗管理制度等資料,將這些資料進(jìn)行整理和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,得出成都鐵路局近年來通過采取節(jié)能降耗的措施和建立節(jié)能降耗管理制度使得單位能耗的有所下降； 3.最后通過建立模型,重點(diǎn)對(duì)以下兩方面進(jìn)行研究。 (1)建立投入產(chǎn)出分析的能源消耗模型,對(duì)成都鐵路局電力、柴油、煤等主要能源在機(jī)車、生產(chǎn)、生活中的消耗求出能源消耗系數(shù)矩陣,對(duì)其進(jìn)行比較分析,總結(jié)出成都鐵路局在今后的節(jié)能降耗工作中應(yīng)將重點(diǎn)放在電力和機(jī)車上,能耗結(jié)構(gòu)的變化也體現(xiàn)出了我國鐵路“以電代油”的發(fā)展方向。 (2)根據(jù)成都鐵路局調(diào)研的實(shí)際情況,選取9個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo),通過權(quán)重的確定,指標(biāo)的計(jì)算,應(yīng)用功效系數(shù)法得出成都鐵路局節(jié)能降耗工作的綜合評(píng)價(jià)分?jǐn)?shù)為0.6022,綜合評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果為合格,并對(duì)節(jié)能降耗工作提出建議。
[Abstract]:Compared with other transportation modes, such as aviation and highway, railway has its unique advantages, so railway transportation in China has developed rapidly in recent years. The total energy consumption of railway transportation enterprises is huge, so it is very important to investigate and analyze the energy saving and consumption reduction work of railway transport enterprises. Based on the investigation of Chengdu Railway Bureau, this paper establishes a model to evaluate the energy consumption and energy saving of Chengdu Railway Administration. The main contents are as follows. 1. By consulting the literature to investigate the energy consumption of the railway transportation enterprises in China, the general energy consumption of the railway transport enterprises is understood, and the methods and contents of the investigation and research on the railway transport enterprises are clarified. 2. Through on-the-spot investigation and investigation of Chengdu Railway Administration, collecting the data of energy consumption, energy saving measures, unit transportation workload and energy saving and reducing consumption management system of Chengdu Railway Administration, the data are sorted out and statistically analyzed. It is concluded that the Chengdu Railway Administration has made the unit energy consumption decrease in recent years by taking the measures of saving energy and establishing the management system of saving energy and reducing consumption. 3. Finally, through the establishment of the model, focus on the following two aspects of research. The energy consumption model of input-output analysis is established, and the matrix of energy consumption coefficient is obtained for the consumption of main energy such as electric power, diesel oil, coal and so on in locomotive, production and daily life of Chengdu Railway Administration. It is concluded that the Chengdu Railway Administration should focus on electric power and locomotives in the future energy saving and consumption reduction work, and the change of energy consumption structure also reflects the development direction of "electricity instead of oil" in China's railway. 2) according to the actual situation investigated by Chengdu Railway Administration, 9 evaluation indexes are selected, and the weight is determined and the index is calculated. The comprehensive evaluation score of energy saving and consumption reduction work of Chengdu Railway Administration is 0.6022, the comprehensive evaluation result is qualified, and some suggestions on energy saving and consumption reduction work are put forward.
