我國鐵路拓展乘用車全程物流經(jīng)營模式研究

【摘要】:近年來,我國乘用車生產(chǎn)和消費水平大幅度提高,引發(fā)乘用車物流需求規(guī)模的不斷擴大。在此條件下,中鐵特貨公司在拓展鐵路乘用車全程物流方面做出了大膽嘗試,并取得了顯著成績。2006年-2011年,其年運量規(guī)模從6萬臺增長到80萬臺,全程物流收入持續(xù)攀升,運輸網(wǎng)絡化、規(guī)模化大大增強。同時依據(jù)鐵道部“百千戰(zhàn)略”相關指示,針對乘用車運輸?shù)膶A芯開行數(shù)量將不斷增多,鐵路乘用車物流服務范圍將不斷擴大。但由于我國鐵路在拓展乘用車全程物流方面還存在著因經(jīng)營模式不優(yōu)與運能緊張而導致的時效性不高,服務質(zhì)量不優(yōu),“門到門”運輸困難等諸多問題。因此,研究鐵路拓展乘用車全程物流市場的特征、經(jīng)營理念、經(jīng)營模式及其選擇等相關問題,對于我國鐵路完善乘用車物流服務體系,開展乘用車門到門運輸,降低物流成本,提升服務質(zhì)量具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本論文針對我國鐵路乘用車物流市場,通過調(diào)研和數(shù)據(jù)分析,從如下幾方面對我國鐵路拓展乘用車全程物流經(jīng)營模式相關問題進行了研究和探索。 (1)我國鐵路拓展乘用車物流的發(fā)展狀況及市場分析 在分析國內(nèi)外乘用車物流發(fā)展狀況的基礎上,就我國鐵路拓展乘用車物流市場的內(nèi)涵、特征、發(fā)展階段以及鐵路乘用車全程物流市場的經(jīng)營理念、經(jīng)營產(chǎn)品與服務功能等進行了分析,提出我國鐵路拓展乘用車全程物流取決于兩端服務的觀點,只有創(chuàng)新服務產(chǎn)品,完善物流服務功能,才能提供高質(zhì)量的全程物流服務。 (2)鐵路拓展乘用車全程物流經(jīng)營的組織模式分析 針對鐵路拓展乘用車全程物流經(jīng)營模式的相關問題,對我國鐵路乘用車全程物流經(jīng)營的相關企業(yè)、組織模式等進行了分析與設計,提出了鐵路拓展全程物流的三種分環(huán)節(jié)組織模式和六種全過程組織模式,并對六種全過程組織模式的特點、優(yōu)劣勢、適用性等進行了分析與闡述。 (3)探討我國鐵路拓展乘用車全程物流經(jīng)營模式選擇問題 在對中鐵特貨公司目前乘用車全程物流經(jīng)營模式選擇及影響因素進行分析的基礎上,建立了綜合評價指標體系,利用模糊綜合評判和AHP等方法進行計算與評價,提出鐵路拓展乘用車全程物流的最佳經(jīng)營模式選擇方案,并針對具體目標區(qū)域(北京-重慶),在既有鐵路運輸條件下,建立全程物流“兩端服務”的經(jīng)營成本最優(yōu)化模型,通過計算比較,提出我國鐵路拓展乘用車全程物流“兩端服務”應選擇的最佳組合模式。 (4)鐵路拓展乘用車全程物流的實施策略及政策措施建議 根據(jù)我國鐵路物流發(fā)展實際和主要趨勢,提出當前我國鐵路拓展乘用車全程物流的實施策略及相關政策措施建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the production and consumption level of passenger cars in China has been greatly improved, which leads to the expansion of the scale of passenger vehicle logistics demand. Under these conditions, China Railway Special cargo Company has made a bold attempt to expand the whole logistics of railway passenger cars, and has made remarkable achievements. From 2006 to 2011, its annual transportation volume increased from 60, 000 units to 800000, and the total logistics revenue continued to climb. Transportation network, scale greatly enhanced. At the same time, according to the relevant instructions of the Ministry of Railways "one hundred thousand strategy", the number of special railway lines for passenger car transportation will continue to increase, and the scope of logistics services for railway passenger cars will be continuously expanded. However, there are still many problems in developing passenger vehicle logistics in our country, such as low timeliness, poor service quality, difficult door-to-door transportation and so on. Therefore, this paper studies the characteristics, management concept, management mode and selection of railway development of passenger vehicle logistics market, and improves passenger vehicle logistics service system, carries out passenger door to door transportation, and reduces logistics cost. Improving service quality has important practical significance. This paper aims at the railway passenger vehicle logistics market of our country, through the investigation and the data analysis, has carried on the research and the exploration from the following several aspects to our country railway expansion passenger vehicle entire journey logistics management pattern related question. 1) the development and market analysis of passenger vehicle logistics in China On the basis of analyzing the development situation of passenger vehicle logistics at home and abroad, this paper discusses the connotation, characteristics, development stage and management idea of railway developing passenger vehicle logistics market in China. This paper analyzes the management products and service functions, and points out that the whole logistics of passenger vehicles depends on the service at both ends. Only by innovating the service products and perfecting the function of logistics service can we provide high quality logistics services. Analysis on the Organization Mode of Railway developing passenger vehicle Logistics In view of the related problems of railway expansion of passenger vehicle logistics management mode, this paper analyzes and designs the related enterprises and organization models of railway passenger vehicle logistics management in China. This paper puts forward three organizing modes and six kinds of whole process organization modes for developing the whole logistics of railway, and analyzes and expounds the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, applicability and so on of the six kinds of whole process organization modes. Discussion on the selection of the Operation Mode of passenger vehicle Logistics in China's Railway Development Based on the analysis of the choice of the current passenger vehicle logistics operation mode and the influencing factors, the comprehensive evaluation index system is established, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and AHP methods are used to calculate and evaluate the system. This paper puts forward the best operation mode selection scheme of railway expanding passenger vehicle logistics, and establishes the optimal operating cost model of the whole logistics "two ends service" in the specific target area (Beijing-Chongqing, under the existing railway transportation condition). Through calculation and comparison, this paper puts forward the best combination mode of railway expanding passenger vehicle logistics "two ends service" in our country. Implementation strategy and policy suggestions of railway expansion of passenger vehicle logistics According to the actual situation and main trend of railway logistics development in China, this paper puts forward the implementation strategy and relevant policy measures of developing passenger vehicle logistics in China.
