【摘要】:鐵路是我國(guó)現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)體系中十分重要的一環(huán),歷經(jīng)近200年發(fā)展歷史的鐵路在今天依然是各國(guó)人員、物資流動(dòng)的重要方式。我國(guó)擁有當(dāng)今世界最為龐大的鐵路客運(yùn)系統(tǒng)。截至2013年底,全國(guó)鐵路營(yíng)業(yè)里程達(dá)到11萬(wàn)公里。隨著我國(guó)高速公路的迅速發(fā)展以及大型運(yùn)輸企業(yè)的不斷增加,公路運(yùn)輸將在更廣范圍內(nèi)分流鐵路的客源;民航重組后,以其速度快、旅行時(shí)間短的巨大優(yōu)勢(shì),爭(zhēng)搶鐵路長(zhǎng)距離運(yùn)輸?shù)目驮。鐵路的運(yùn)輸企業(yè)不可能固守“鐵老大”的位置,放任客運(yùn)市場(chǎng)的流失,根據(jù)旅客需求,運(yùn)用先進(jìn)的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理模式,與市場(chǎng)接軌,開(kāi)展多種形式的營(yíng)銷(xiāo),搶占旅客運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)份額,增加客運(yùn)經(jīng)營(yíng)收入是鐵路發(fā)展的必然要求。本文首先分析我國(guó)現(xiàn)行鐵路客運(yùn)的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理模式,經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀及客運(yùn)服務(wù)存在的問(wèn)題,通過(guò)認(rèn)真研究對(duì)比國(guó)外鐵路客運(yùn)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理的相關(guān)資料,得到一定啟示,在鐵路客運(yùn)的經(jīng)營(yíng)及服務(wù)方面提出了自己的看法。在總結(jié)唐山車(chē)務(wù)段經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍、經(jīng)營(yíng)方式、客服系統(tǒng)、經(jīng)營(yíng)管理等方面的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步分析了車(chē)務(wù)段經(jīng)營(yíng)管理及服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)車(chē)務(wù)段在人員、體制、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、服務(wù)等影響客運(yùn)經(jīng)營(yíng)的一系列問(wèn)題,并提出解決問(wèn)題的措施,對(duì)車(chē)務(wù)段客運(yùn)經(jīng)營(yíng)創(chuàng)新策略提出了意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:Railway is a very important link in the modern economic system of our country. After nearly 200 years of development, railway is still an important way for the movement of people and goods in various countries today. China has the largest railway passenger transport system in the world. By the end of 2013, the country's railway mileage reached 110000 kilometers. With the rapid development of highway in our country and the increasing of large transportation enterprises, highway transportation will distribute the passenger source of railway in a wider range. After the reorganization of civil aviation, with its great advantages of fast speed and short travel time, Scramble for the source of passengers for long-distance railway transportation. It is impossible for railway transport enterprises to hold firmly to the position of "iron boss", to allow the loss of the passenger transport market, to apply advanced business and management models according to passenger demand, to integrate with the market, to carry out various forms of marketing, and to seize the share of passenger transport market. Increasing passenger transport revenue is the inevitable requirement of railway development. This paper first analyzes the current management mode of railway passenger transport in our country, the present management situation and the existing problems of passenger transport service, and obtains some enlightenment by studying and comparing the relevant data of foreign railway passenger transport management. In the railway passenger transport management and service aspects put forward their own views. On the basis of summing up the scope of operation, mode of operation, customer service system, management and management of Tangshan section, this paper further analyzes the present situation of operation, management and service of the section, and finds out that the section is in personnel, system, marketing, etc. A series of problems affecting passenger transport management, such as service, are put forward, and the measures to solve these problems are put forward, and some suggestions are put forward on the innovation strategy of passenger transport management in train service section.
