【摘要】：公路運(yùn)輸量波動(dòng)系數(shù)反映了運(yùn)輸需求與運(yùn)輸供給在時(shí)空上的不均衡狀態(tài).本文首先分析了車輛貨物運(yùn)輸量月度波動(dòng)系數(shù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)方法和其在統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查中存在的問題;接著依托高速公路聯(lián)網(wǎng)收費(fèi)系統(tǒng)、交通量自動(dòng)觀測(cè)點(diǎn)與交通量調(diào)查信息系統(tǒng)等平臺(tái),建立了公路路網(wǎng)貨物運(yùn)輸量月度波動(dòng)系數(shù)推算模型,把車貨質(zhì)量、收費(fèi)總額、交通量、車道數(shù)、通車?yán)锍痰葏?shù)引入到模型中來,并對(duì)公路路網(wǎng)貨物運(yùn)輸量非基數(shù)月度波動(dòng)系數(shù)提出了量化處理、權(quán)重賦予的方法;最后,通過實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了模型和算法的可行性.研究成果可為公路路網(wǎng)貨物運(yùn)輸量統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查、區(qū)域內(nèi)公路路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃和綜合運(yùn)輸體系優(yōu)化提供切實(shí)的參考.
[Abstract]:The fluctuation coefficient of highway transport volume reflects the imbalance between transport demand and transport supply in time and space. This paper first analyzes the statistical method of the monthly fluctuation coefficient of vehicle freight volume and its problems in the statistical investigation, and then relies on the expressway network toll collection system, the traffic volume automatic observation point and the traffic volume survey information system, etc. In this paper, the monthly fluctuating coefficient model of road network cargo volume is established, and the parameters such as vehicle quality, total charge, traffic volume, lane number and traffic mileage are introduced into the model. The method of quantifying the non-cardinal monthly fluctuation coefficient of road network freight volume and giving the weight is put forward. Finally, the feasibility of the model and algorithm is verified by an example. The results of the study can provide a practical reference for the statistical investigation of the freight transport volume in the highway network, the planning of the regional highway network and the optimization of the integrated transportation system.
