集裝箱港口企業(yè)競爭力與競爭策略研究

【摘要】:在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程越來越迅速的背景下,為了能夠充分發(fā)揮地區(qū)的相對優(yōu)勢,提高資源利用率,降低產(chǎn)品成本,對原材料、半成品、產(chǎn)成品等生產(chǎn)和生活物資在全球范圍內(nèi)的流通速度提出了更高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。海上運(yùn)輸目前仍是全球集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)闹饕绞?其效率和效益直接影響集裝箱貨物在全球的流通速度和流通成本,而集裝箱港口企業(yè)作為全球海運(yùn)運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)的重要組成部分,對集裝箱貨物快速有效的流動(dòng)具有決定性影響。但是集裝箱港口企業(yè)現(xiàn)在也面臨著機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。航運(yùn)船舶大型化、專業(yè)化以及航運(yùn)公司聯(lián)盟化的發(fā)展趨勢日益明顯導(dǎo)致了航運(yùn)公司市場地位的提高航運(yùn)船舶大型化使得集裝箱港口企業(yè)為爭奪干線港日趨激烈;門到門運(yùn)輸?shù)囊髱硪怨⿷?yīng)鏈管理為基礎(chǔ)的無縫運(yùn)輸和產(chǎn)品配送帶來新的運(yùn)輸模式的轉(zhuǎn)變,使得集裝箱港口企業(yè)物流操作日趨集中;各個(gè)集裝箱港口企業(yè)相互之間在腹地貨源、集疏運(yùn)設(shè)施等方面競爭激烈;集裝箱港口企業(yè)進(jìn)一步向深水化、大型化和專門化方向發(fā)展;集裝箱港口企業(yè)投資主體多元化更加劇了競爭。面對如此復(fù)雜的發(fā)展環(huán)境,集裝箱港口企業(yè)如何客觀評價(jià)自身競爭力并采取合理的競爭策略成為企業(yè)必須解決的難題。 為提高集裝箱港口企業(yè)競爭力,改善集裝箱港口企業(yè)經(jīng)營收益,提高集裝箱港口企業(yè)的科學(xué)策略水平,本文以集裝箱港口企業(yè)的策略設(shè)計(jì)為研究方向,綜合運(yùn)用定性分析方法和博弈理論,對集裝箱港口企業(yè)競爭策略的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了研究,豐富了集裝箱港口企業(yè)競爭理論。本文闡述集裝箱港口企業(yè)競爭力和競爭策略理論。提出基于雙層離散突變-理想點(diǎn)物元的集裝箱港口企業(yè)競爭力評價(jià)法,并針對實(shí)際集裝箱港口企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀建立模型并求解。運(yùn)用Stackelberg博弈建立集裝箱港口企業(yè)與貨主的競爭模型以及集裝箱港口企業(yè)與航運(yùn)經(jīng)營人的競爭模型。在集裝箱港口企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理的流程、特征及其作用的基礎(chǔ)上,論文運(yùn)用Stackelberg博弈建立了集裝箱港口企業(yè)與貨主的競爭模型以及集裝箱港口企業(yè)與航運(yùn)經(jīng)營人的競爭模型。建立博弈模型解決寡頭市場中兩個(gè)集裝箱港口企業(yè)所提出的服務(wù)費(fèi)和服務(wù)質(zhì)量的策略行為,并構(gòu)建了集裝箱多式聯(lián)運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò),提出正的網(wǎng)絡(luò)外部性特征,研究集裝箱港口企業(yè)的最優(yōu)服務(wù)費(fèi)和服務(wù)水平,分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)外部性與集裝箱港口企業(yè)競爭之間的內(nèi)在關(guān)系;構(gòu)建集裝箱運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò),并根據(jù)貨主對網(wǎng)絡(luò)的了解程度分別建立完全信息和隨機(jī)型集裝箱運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)均衡模型,用于研究集裝箱需求量在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的分配規(guī)律。最后本文構(gòu)建多個(gè)集裝箱港口企業(yè)之間的非合作競爭博弈競爭模型并利用實(shí)例求解,解決多個(gè)集裝箱港口企業(yè)相互競爭情況下的集裝箱港口企業(yè)服務(wù)費(fèi)策略設(shè)計(jì)問題,并針對M港的實(shí)例提出相應(yīng)的措施意見。
[Abstract]:In the context of the increasingly rapid process of global economic integration, in order to give full play to the relative advantages of the region, improve the utilization of resources, reduce the cost of products, and make use of raw materials and semi-finished products, The circulation speed of production and daily goods such as finished products in the world has put forward higher standards. At present, maritime transport is still the main mode of global container transportation. Its efficiency and effectiveness directly affect the speed and cost of the circulation of container goods in the world, and container port enterprises as an important part of the global maritime transport network. It has a decisive effect on the rapid and efficient flow of container cargo. But the container port enterprise also faces the opportunity and the challenge now. The development trend of shipping ship's large-scale, specialization and shipping company's alliance has led to the improvement of shipping company's market position, which makes container port enterprises compete for trunk port more and more intensely. The requirement of door-to-door transportation brings the seamless transportation based on supply chain management and the new transportation mode of product distribution, which makes the logistics operation of container port enterprises become more and more centralized. The container port enterprises compete with each other in the hinterland source of goods, distribution facilities and so on, the container port enterprises further develop to the direction of deepwater, large-scale and specialization. The diversification of investment subjects of container port enterprises intensifies the competition. Facing such a complex development environment, how to objectively evaluate the competitiveness of container port enterprises and adopt reasonable competitive strategies has become a difficult problem that enterprises must solve. In order to improve the competitiveness of container port enterprises, improve the operating income of container port enterprises, and improve the scientific strategy level of container port enterprises, this paper takes the strategy design of container port enterprises as the research direction. Based on the qualitative analysis method and the game theory, the paper studies the design of the competition strategy of container port enterprise, which enriches the theory of container port enterprise competition. This paper expounds the competitiveness and competitive strategy theory of container port enterprises. A new method for evaluating the competitiveness of container port enterprises based on double layer discrete mutation and ideal point matter-element is put forward, and the model is established and solved according to the actual situation of container port enterprises. The competition model between container port enterprise and cargo owner and between container port enterprise and shipping operator is established by using Stackelberg game. On the basis of the process, characteristics and functions of supply chain management of container port enterprises, the paper establishes the competition model between container port enterprises and cargo owners and between container port enterprises and shipping operators by using Stackelberg game. A game model is established to solve the service charge and service quality strategy proposed by two container port enterprises in oligopoly market, and the container multimodal transport network is constructed, and the positive network externalities are proposed. This paper studies the optimal service charge and service level of container port enterprise, analyzes the internal relationship between network externality and container port enterprise competition, constructs container transportation network, The complete information and stochastic container transportation network equilibrium models are established according to the shippers' understanding of the network, which is used to study the distribution of container demand on the network. Finally, this paper constructs a non-cooperative competition game competition model among several container port enterprises and solves the problem of service charge strategy design of container port enterprises under the situation of multiple container port enterprises competing with each other. The corresponding measures are put forward for the example of M Port.
