【摘要】：本文以東方航空云南有限公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為研究對(duì)象,通過全面調(diào)查東方航空云南有限公司的實(shí)際情況,掌握了大量的一手材料,結(jié)合本人在東方航空云南有限公司的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),應(yīng)用多種戰(zhàn)略管理的工具對(duì)東方航空云南有限公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了探索,提出了東方航空云南有限公司未來需要事實(shí)打造昆明樞紐的樞紐戰(zhàn)略。論文首先闡述了選題背景、研究的目的和意義以及將要應(yīng)用的戰(zhàn)略管理理論和分析工具,然后介紹東方航空云南有限公司的現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)東方航空云南有限公司進(jìn)行了內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的分析,提出了東方航空云南有限公司在“十二五”期間的目標(biāo)；針對(duì)東方航空云南有限公司的定位和戰(zhàn)略輪廓,設(shè)計(jì)出東方航空云南有限公司打造昆明樞紐的樞紐戰(zhàn)略,根據(jù)目前的樞紐現(xiàn)狀,提出了東方航空云南有限公司的樞紐戰(zhàn)略的目標(biāo),為實(shí)施打造昆明樞紐的樞紐戰(zhàn)略,畫出了戰(zhàn)略地圖,制定了樞紐戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施方案以及2012年東方航空云南有限公司實(shí)施樞紐戰(zhàn)略的計(jì)劃。本文力求結(jié)合東方航空云南有限公司的實(shí)際,運(yùn)用實(shí)際資料作為依據(jù),制定了合理的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,對(duì)東方航空云南有限公司和其他航空公司具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the development strategy of China Eastern Airlines Yunnan Co., Ltd. as the research object, through the overall investigation of the actual situation of China Eastern Airlines Yunnan Co., Ltd., has mastered a large number of first-hand materials, combined with my practical experience in China Eastern Airlines Yunnan Co., Ltd. This paper probes into the development strategy of China Eastern Airlines Yunnan Co., Ltd by using various tools of strategic management, and puts forward the hub strategy of China Eastern Airlines Yunnan Co., Ltd., which needs to build Kunming hub in fact in the future. The paper first describes the background of the topic, the purpose and significance of the study, as well as the strategic management theory and analysis tools to be applied, and then introduces the current situation of China Eastern Airlines Yunnan Co., Ltd. This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of China Eastern Airlines Yunnan Co., Ltd., and puts forward the objectives of China Eastern Airlines Yunnan Co., Ltd during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, aiming at the orientation and strategic outline of China Eastern Airlines Yunnan Co., Ltd. This paper designs the hub strategy of China Eastern Airlines Yunnan Co., Ltd to build Kunming hub. According to the present situation of the hub, it puts forward the goal of the hub strategy of China Eastern Airlines Yunnan Co., Ltd., in order to implement the hub strategy of building Kunming hub. The strategic map is drawn, the implementation plan of the hub strategy and the plan of implementing the hub strategy of China Eastern Airlines Yunnan Co., Ltd in 2012 are worked out. This paper tries to combine the actual situation of China Eastern Airlines Yunnan Co., Ltd., using the actual data as the basis, and formulates a reasonable development strategy, which has certain reference value for China Eastern Airlines Yunnan Limited Company and other airlines.
