哈爾濱鐵路外貿(mào)公司基于信息系統(tǒng)的管理模式優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:在現(xiàn)代社會,飛速發(fā)展的信息技術正憑借對各類信息所進行的快速采集、傳輸、存儲、處理和利用等功能,對企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展產(chǎn)生巨大而深刻的影響,不僅改善了企業(yè)內(nèi)部的管理觀念和管理模式,而且還改善了企業(yè)外部的生存條件和競爭環(huán)境。那么企業(yè)在引入信息系統(tǒng)之后如何將信息系統(tǒng)與企業(yè)自身的管理現(xiàn)狀相結合,制定出適合本企業(yè)的優(yōu)化方案從而對企業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理模式起到最大的優(yōu)化效果是至關重要的。 哈爾濱鐵路外貿(mào)公司是隸屬于哈爾濱鐵路局的直屬外貿(mào)企業(yè),從事化工品的進口和銷售,在實際經(jīng)營中,公司在進行經(jīng)營決策時必須同時遵守哈爾濱鐵路局的有關管理規(guī)定,冗長的管理流程、不通暢的信息處理,給企業(yè)的經(jīng)營和發(fā)展帶來很大阻礙。哈爾濱鐵路外貿(mào)公司作為國有外貿(mào)企業(yè)所形成的這種特殊管理模式,帶來管理方式落后、工作效率低等諸多弊端,已經(jīng)很難適應市場信息瞬息萬變的節(jié)奏。在外貿(mào)行業(yè),這也是許多國有企業(yè)越來越缺少競爭力的主要原因。國有外貿(mào)企業(yè)如何在新形勢、新需求、新環(huán)境下占有一席之地,不斷生存并且發(fā)展壯大,是哈爾濱鐵路外貿(mào)公司管理層不斷思考并且迫切解決的課題。本論文在這樣的國際、國內(nèi)背景下,詳細探討了該公司管理模式的現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題,分析了公司對信息系統(tǒng)的需求,并基于信息系統(tǒng)的應用提出優(yōu)化方案,并對實施方案后的優(yōu)化效果進行分析。引導哈爾濱鐵路外貿(mào)公司為適應形勢發(fā)展和市場環(huán)境的變化,必須迅速更新經(jīng)營理念,盡快建立適合本公司特點的管理模式。 本文主體共分為四部分。在本論文的研究過程中,文章將管理理論與本人在該公司多年工作的實踐經(jīng)驗相結合,采用定性分析和定量分析相結合的系統(tǒng)分析原則,綜合運用經(jīng)濟學、管理學、項目管理學等相關理論,,對哈爾濱鐵路外貿(mào)公司企業(yè)管理的現(xiàn)狀進行了實地調(diào)查和分析,以該公司作為案例,對其基于信息系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化前后的新、舊管理模式進行了全面對比分析,同時參考相關的學術文獻進行了具體的分析和探討生動、具體的展現(xiàn)了信息技術對企業(yè)管理所帶來的影響。在哈爾濱鐵路外貿(mào)公司信息系統(tǒng)管理模式優(yōu)化研究過程中,對公司管理模式的優(yōu)化效果是非常顯著的,一方面通過優(yōu)化方案改善了管理模式,另一方面給公司帶來了很大經(jīng)濟效益,很好的實現(xiàn)了扭虧為盈。 本文通過對哈爾濱鐵路外貿(mào)公司信息系統(tǒng)管理模式優(yōu)化研究和實踐總結,希望能夠為類似的其他國有外貿(mào)企業(yè)的管理提供借鑒和幫助。 論文最后一部分為結論部分。是對本文的研究結果進行系統(tǒng)的梳理與總結。
[Abstract]:In modern society, the rapid development of information technology is relying on the rapid collection, transmission, storage, processing and utilization of all kinds of information, which has a huge and profound impact on the survival and development of enterprises. It not only improves the internal management concept and management mode, but also improves the external living conditions and competitive environment. So how to combine the information system with the management status of the enterprise after the introduction of information system, and make the optimization scheme suitable for the enterprise, so it is very important to maximize the optimization effect of the enterprise management mode. Harbin Railway Foreign Trade Company is a foreign trade enterprise directly affiliated to Harbin Railway Administration, which is engaged in the import and sale of chemical products. In actual operation, the company must abide by the relevant management regulations of Harbin Railway Administration while making management decisions. The long management process, the unsmooth information processing, brings the very big obstacle to the enterprise management and the development. As a state-owned foreign trade enterprise, Harbin Railway Foreign Trade Company has many disadvantages, such as backward management mode and low working efficiency, which makes it difficult to adapt to the ever-changing rhythm of market information. In foreign trade, this is also the main reason why many state-owned enterprises are becoming less competitive. How the state-owned foreign trade enterprises take a place in the new situation, new demand, new environment, survive and develop constantly, is the subject that the management of Harbin Railway Foreign Trade Company constantly ponders and solves urgently. In this paper, under the international and domestic background, the present situation and existing problems of the management mode of the company are discussed in detail, and the requirements of the company for information system are analyzed, and the optimization scheme based on the application of the information system is put forward. The optimization effect after the implementation of the scheme is analyzed. In order to guide Harbin Railway Foreign Trade Company to adapt to the development of the situation and the change of the market environment, it is necessary to quickly renew the management concept and establish a management model suitable for the characteristics of the company as soon as possible. The main body of this paper is divided into four parts. In the research process of this paper, the paper combines the management theory with the practical experience I have worked in the company for many years, adopts the system analysis principle of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and synthetically applies economics and management. Based on the theory of project management and other related theories, the paper makes a field investigation and analysis on the present situation of the enterprise management of Harbin Railway Foreign Trade Company. Taking the company as a case, it bases on the new situation before and after the optimization of the information system. The old management mode is compared and analyzed comprehensively, and at the same time, referring to the relevant academic literature, the paper makes concrete analysis and discussion vividly, and concretely shows the influence of information technology on enterprise management. In the process of optimizing the information system management mode of Harbin Railway Foreign Trade Company, the effect of optimizing the management mode of the company is very remarkable. On the one hand, it improves the management mode by optimizing the scheme. On the other hand, the company has brought great economic benefits, a good turnaround. Based on the research and practice of the optimization of information system management mode of Harbin Railway Foreign Trade Company, this paper hopes to provide reference and help for the management of other similar state-owned foreign trade enterprises. The last part of the paper is the conclusion. It is a systematic combing and summing up of the research results of this paper.
