【摘要】：21世紀(jì),信息技術(shù)的浪潮席卷全球,成為推動中國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會變革的核心技術(shù)。民航JS西南設(shè)計(jì)公司作為傳統(tǒng)壟斷行業(yè)的國有企業(yè),管理水平相對低下落后,為適應(yīng)民航基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)市場逐步放開政策的實(shí)施,迎接挑戰(zhàn),民航JS西南設(shè)計(jì)公司以信息化建設(shè)為載體,以期通過信息化建設(shè)提高企業(yè)的管理水平和管理效率,降低經(jīng)營成本,提高企業(yè)的核心競爭力,然而在信息化建設(shè)過程中遇到很多問題及制約,本文運(yùn)用相關(guān)理論,借鑒大量國內(nèi)外企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)與措施,結(jié)合SWOT分析矩陣,提出了其信息化建設(shè)的具體措施,即順應(yīng)形勢,提高認(rèn)識,積極開展信息化建設(shè);做好制度建設(shè)及信息化規(guī)劃;做好信息化建設(shè)上的四大保障。本文提出的信息化建設(shè)策略能推進(jìn)該公司在這一特殊時期的信息化建設(shè)進(jìn)程,提高公司的競爭力,以面對未來市場開放的挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:In the 21 st century, the tide of information technology has swept the world and become the core technology to promote the economic and social change in China. As a state-owned enterprise in traditional monopoly industry, JS Southwest Design Company of Civil Aviation is relatively low and backward in management level. In order to adapt to the implementation of the policy of opening up the civil aviation infrastructure market step by step, it meets the challenge. The civil aviation JS Southwest Design Company takes the information construction as the carrier, in order to improve the management level and management efficiency of the enterprise through the information construction, reduce the operating cost, and improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise. However, there are many problems and constraints in the process of informatization construction. This paper applies relevant theories, draws lessons from a large number of successful experiences and measures of enterprise informatization construction at home and abroad, and puts forward the concrete measures of information construction based on SWOT analysis matrix. That is, comply with the situation, improve understanding, actively carry out information construction; do a good job in system construction and information planning; do a good job in the four major guarantees of information construction. The information construction strategy proposed in this paper can promote the information construction process of the company in this special period, improve the competitiveness of the company, and face the challenge of market opening in the future.
