【摘要】：伴隨著多年來宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)步向前以及固定資產(chǎn)投資的高漲,建筑業(yè)獲得了飛速發(fā)展,涌現(xiàn)出了一大批在市場競爭中脫穎而出的優(yōu)秀建筑企業(yè)集團(tuán)。以中國鐵建股份有限公司和中國中鐵股份有限公司為代表的鐵路建筑企業(yè)是其中杰出者的代表。多年的發(fā)展,使我國的大型鐵路建筑企業(yè)市場規(guī)模、施工實力已擠身世界強者之林,但這主要是依賴于中國不斷高漲的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資尤其是近年來超常速度遞進(jìn)的鐵路投資所帶動。2011年國家鐵路投資遭遇融資困境進(jìn)而影響到鐵路基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),傳統(tǒng)鐵路建設(shè)企業(yè)遭受到了市場劇變的考驗。市場環(huán)境的變化使企業(yè)考慮轉(zhuǎn)型問題,多元化成為企業(yè)對未來發(fā)展不可避免的選擇。 本文在文獻(xiàn)綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,從國際和國內(nèi)視角對我國鐵路建筑企業(yè)所面臨的市場狀況及存在問題進(jìn)行了分析,并分別從產(chǎn)品多元化、價值鏈角度的縱向多元化、國際化為主的地域擴(kuò)張多元化、聯(lián)合多元化以及轉(zhuǎn)向弱相關(guān)和非相關(guān)行業(yè)的混合多元化角度論述了鐵路建筑企業(yè)如何進(jìn)行多元化的選擇,給出了鐵路建筑企業(yè)企業(yè)實施多元化的路徑。最后以中國鐵建股份有限公司為例,針對其多元化戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型進(jìn)行了實證研究。
[Abstract]:With the steady advance of macroeconomic and the upsurge of fixed assets investment for many years, the construction industry has gained rapid development, and a large number of outstanding construction enterprise groups have emerged in the market competition. China Railway Construction Co., Ltd. and China Railway Co., Ltd. as representatives of railway construction enterprises are outstanding representatives. With the development of many years, the market scale and construction strength of large railway construction enterprises in our country have been squeezed into the forest of the world's strongest. But this is largely driven by China's rising infrastructure investment, especially the extraordinary and progressive railway investment in recent years. In 2011, the country's railway investment ran into financing difficulties, which affected railway infrastructure construction. Traditional railway construction enterprises have been tested by market upheaval. The change of market environment makes enterprises consider the problem of transformation and diversification becomes the inevitable choice for future development. Based on the literature review, this paper analyzes the market situation and existing problems faced by railway construction enterprises in China from the international and domestic perspectives, and respectively from the product diversification, the vertical diversification of the value chain. This paper discusses how railway construction enterprises choose to diversify, from the angle of regional expansion and diversification of internationalization, combination of diversification and transition to weakly related and non-related industries. This paper gives the path of implementing diversification in railway construction enterprises. Finally, taking China Railway Construction Co., Ltd as an example, the paper makes an empirical study on its diversification strategy transformation.
