中交天航局船舶公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:企業(yè)文化作為社會(huì)大文化下的一個(gè)子系統(tǒng),客觀地存在于每一個(gè)企業(yè)之中。優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)文化將極大地促進(jìn)企業(yè)的發(fā)展,反之則將削弱企業(yè)的組織功能。我國已有越來越多的企業(yè)開始注重并自覺進(jìn)行企業(yè)文化的建設(shè),迄今為止,我國企業(yè)文化的研究主要集中在企業(yè)文化內(nèi)涵、企業(yè)文化與企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略、企業(yè)文化與科技創(chuàng)新、企業(yè)管理等方面,但在實(shí)際層面的理論研究比較少。正是基于此,筆者擬在企業(yè)文化建設(shè)及落地方面進(jìn)行深入思考,系統(tǒng)梳理和歸納,力求通過企業(yè)文化落地建設(shè),使得企業(yè)文化的建設(shè)具有前瞻性、傳承性、實(shí)效性及可操作性,并且深入到企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略、生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營、人力資源管理、品牌建設(shè)、質(zhì)量管理等等企業(yè)管理各個(gè)方面,進(jìn)而成為企業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展的基因,以期對(duì)以船舶公司為代表的中交天航局有限公司如何保持基業(yè)常青提供借鑒。 本文的第一章是緒論。通過介紹本文的研究背景、目的和意義、研究思路、研究方法及論文的結(jié)構(gòu)安排等方面內(nèi)容,為本文開篇做好準(zhǔn)備;第二章是通過理論探討分析企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的相關(guān)基本理論如國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、企業(yè)文化的內(nèi)涵、功能、培育建設(shè)等,為全文的研究做好理論鋪墊;第三章是通過企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的發(fā)展背景、組織系統(tǒng)、地域文化等方面對(duì)天航局船舶公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的背景及現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行全面而系統(tǒng)的分析;’第四章是從企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施、輻射企業(yè)管理運(yùn)營、支撐企業(yè)品牌實(shí)現(xiàn)等方面系統(tǒng)分析企業(yè)文化建設(shè)落地的必要性。結(jié)合船舶公司企業(yè)文化落地效果分析及建設(shè)落地存在問題,承上啟下,為全文論述重點(diǎn)做好基礎(chǔ)工作;第五章是本文論述的重點(diǎn)和落腳點(diǎn)。對(duì)接第三、四章節(jié)論述內(nèi)容,結(jié)合船舶公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)諸多成果如基本原則、“6J”特色船舶文化的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),得出船舶公司企業(yè)文化踐行的實(shí)施效果及本課題研究的結(jié)論。同時(shí),接軌中交天航局企業(yè)文化總體戰(zhàn)略要求,做好船舶公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè),從戰(zhàn)略層面對(duì)下一步企業(yè)文化建設(shè)體系提出優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)踐途徑。 通過本文的研究,筆者擬在中交天航局船舶公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,按照“六個(gè)基”的天航文化建設(shè)總規(guī)劃,結(jié)合中交天航局“十二五”發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及“精細(xì)化管理年”各項(xiàng)要求,對(duì)船舶公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步深入探討、思考與研究。
[Abstract]:Corporate culture, as a subsystem of social culture, exists objectively in every enterprise. Excellent corporate culture will greatly promote the development of enterprises, otherwise it will weaken the organizational function of enterprises. More and more enterprises in our country have begun to pay attention to and consciously carry out the construction of corporate culture. Up to now, the research on corporate culture has mainly focused on the connotation of corporate culture, corporate culture and enterprise strategy, corporate culture and technological innovation. However, there are few theoretical studies on the practical level of enterprise management. Based on this, the author intends to think deeply about the construction and landing of enterprise culture, systematically combing and summing up, in order to make the construction of enterprise culture forward-looking, inheritable, effective and operable through the construction of enterprise culture. And goes deep into the enterprise strategy, the production operation, the human resources management, the brand construction, the quality management and so on enterprise management each aspect, then becomes the enterprise sustainable development gene, The purpose is to provide reference to how to maintain the evergreen of the foundation industry of China Jiaotian Aviation Bureau Co., Ltd, which is represented by the shipping company. The first chapter of this paper is the introduction. Through the introduction of the research background, purpose and significance, research ideas, research methods and the structure of the paper to prepare for the beginning of this paper; The second chapter is to analyze the basic theories of corporate culture construction through theoretical analysis, such as the current situation of domestic and foreign research, the connotation, function, cultivation and construction of corporate culture. The third chapter is through the enterprise culture construction development background, the organization system, the region culture and so on aspect carries on the comprehensive and systematic analysis to the Tianhang bureau shipping company enterprise culture construction background and the present situation. The fourth chapter is carries out from the enterprise strategy. This paper systematically analyzes the necessity of enterprise culture construction in the aspects of radiation enterprise management and operation, supporting enterprise brand realization and so on. Combining with the analysis of the landing effect of the shipbuilding company's enterprise culture and the problems existing in the construction landing, this paper makes a good foundation work for the full text, and the fifth chapter is the focus and the foothold of this article. The third and fourth chapters discuss the contents, combined with the basic principles and the practical experience of the "6J" characteristic ship culture, the author draws the conclusion of the implementation of the corporate culture practice of the shipping company and the conclusion of this research. At the same time, in line with the overall strategic requirements of corporate culture in the Department of Communications and Aviation, the construction of the corporate culture of the shipping company should be done well, and the optimal design and practical approach to the next step of the enterprise culture construction system should be put forward from the strategic level. Through the research of this paper, the author intends to base on the present situation of the enterprise culture construction of the shipping company of China Jiaojiao Tianhang Bureau, according to the "six bases" master plan for the construction of Tianhang culture, Combined with the development strategy of "the twelfth five-year plan" and the requirements of "fine management year", the enterprise culture construction of shipping company is further discussed, considered and studied.
