【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,給港口物流業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了好的契機(jī),作為整個沿海港口系統(tǒng)體系元素之一的天津港同樣面臨著在新的形勢、新的規(guī)劃下如何正確定位,科學(xué)發(fā)展的問題,其中天津港物流的發(fā)展及其綜合競爭力的提高將起著相當(dāng)重要的作用。隨著天津濱海新區(qū)開發(fā)上升為國家戰(zhàn)略層面,天津港如何起龍頭的作用,如何快速發(fā)展物流產(chǎn)業(yè),進(jìn)行模式升級,促進(jìn)天津港口的跨越式發(fā)展,成為迫切需要解決的問題。如何利用自身的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢,減少與其他大港之間的差距,實現(xiàn)錯位化、差異化發(fā)展,成為現(xiàn)在需要考慮的主要問題。缺乏完善的物流體系,阻礙了港口經(jīng)濟(jì)的跨越式發(fā)展,如何找出天津港口物流發(fā)展的不足之處,促進(jìn)天津經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,值得我們探討。只有適合天津自身特殊背景的物流發(fā)展模式,才能有效的突破瓶頸,實現(xiàn)又好又快發(fā)展。 本文從天津港口物流發(fā)展的大背景和實際情況出發(fā),在新的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展背景下對天津港的物流綜合競爭力的一系列相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)、科學(xué)的研究。通過定性和定量相結(jié)合的方法,采取分析矩陣手段,綜合系統(tǒng)地評價天津港口物流發(fā)展競爭力的有關(guān)因素,根據(jù)天津港口物流所面臨的內(nèi)在優(yōu)勢、劣勢、外部機(jī)遇、外在威脅,以及從政治的、經(jīng)濟(jì)的、社會的技術(shù)的各個層面,對影響天津港口物流競爭力的一系列相關(guān)的指標(biāo)進(jìn)行綜合評價分析。對分析的結(jié)果從多方面、多角度的對比和評價,找出天津港口物流發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢、不足、潛力和機(jī)遇,最后提出促進(jìn)和提升天津港口物流快速發(fā)展的對策建議。
[Abstract]:The rapid economic development has provided a good opportunity for the development of the port logistics industry. As one of the elements of the whole coastal port system, Tianjin Port is also facing the problem of how to position correctly and develop scientifically under the new situation and new planning. Among them, the development of Tianjin Port logistics and the improvement of its comprehensive competitiveness will play a very important role. With the development of Tianjin Binhai New area rising to the national strategic level, how to play a leading role in Tianjin Port, how to develop logistics industry rapidly, how to upgrade the mode and promote the leap-forward development of Tianjin Port has become an urgent problem to be solved. How to make use of its location advantage, reduce the gap with other big ports, realize dislocation and differentiation development, become the main problem that need to be considered now. The lack of perfect logistics system hinders the leap-forward development of port economy. How to find out the deficiency of Tianjin port logistics development and promote the rapid development of Tianjin economy is worth discussing. Only the logistics development model suitable for Tianjin's own special background can effectively break through the bottleneck and achieve good and rapid development. Based on the background and actual situation of Tianjin port logistics development, this paper makes a systematic and scientific study on a series of relevant factors of Tianjin port logistics comprehensive competitiveness under the new economic development background. Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, this paper adopts the analytical matrix method, synthetically and systematically evaluates the relevant factors of Tianjin port logistics development competitiveness, according to the inherent advantages, disadvantages, external opportunities and external threats faced by Tianjin port logistics. And from the political, economic and social aspects of technology, the impact of Tianjin port logistics competitiveness of a series of related indicators for comprehensive evaluation and analysis. The results of the analysis are compared and evaluated from many aspects and angles to find out the advantages, disadvantages, potentialities and opportunities of Tianjin port logistics development. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions to promote and promote the rapid development of Tianjin port logistics are put forward.
