【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟復(fù)蘇不確定性的增加,汽車行業(yè)的增速放緩,汽車零部件生產(chǎn)商都將面臨巨大的壓力及挑戰(zhàn)。如何在該市場環(huán)境下持續(xù)保持競爭力是每個生產(chǎn)商首先要考慮的問題。各大零部件制造商不僅在節(jié)省原材料成本、生產(chǎn)運營成本上加大力度,更將目光紛紛聚焦在有著“第三利潤源”之稱的物流領(lǐng)域。本文以買方海運拼箱模式為研究對象,對其理論框架進行總結(jié)梳理。分析B企業(yè)的物流部門面臨的挑戰(zhàn)及物流現(xiàn)狀,確認買方海運拼箱模式是解決問題的重要手段。結(jié)合買方海運拼箱模式項目的實踐,總結(jié)其在實施過程中遇到的問題以及解決方案。利用KPI理論對其實施績效進行評價,并提出一些買方海運拼箱模式的優(yōu)化與展望。通過研究表明,買方海運拼箱模式是現(xiàn)代物流運輸中一種有效節(jié)約成本的重要手段。它有利于供求雙方的共同發(fā)展,在節(jié)約運輸成本、保障貨物安全、提高運輸效率、降低缺貨風(fēng)險率、優(yōu)化物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)方面起到了重要的作用。
[Abstract]:As economic recovery uncertainty increases and auto industry growth slows, auto parts makers will face enormous pressure and challenges. How to keep competitive in this market environment is the first question that every manufacturer should consider. Major parts manufacturers not only reduce the cost of raw materials, production and operation costs, but also focus on the logistics field, which has the name of "the third profit source". In this paper, the buyer's shipping LCL model as the research object, the theoretical framework is summarized. This paper analyzes the challenges faced by the logistics department and the present situation of logistics in enterprise B, and confirms that the buyer's shipping mode is an important means to solve the problem. Combined with the practice of the buyer's LCL project, the problems encountered in the process of implementation and the solutions are summarized. The implementation performance is evaluated by using KPI theory, and the optimization and prospect of some buyer's shipping LCL models are put forward. The research shows that the buyer's shipping LCL mode is an important means to save cost effectively in modern logistics transportation. It is conducive to the common development of both supply and demand, and plays an important role in saving transportation cost, ensuring the safety of goods, improving transportation efficiency, reducing risk rate of shortage of goods and optimizing logistics network.
