【摘要】：港口作為全球綜合運輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)的主要環(huán)節(jié)，是現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的重要組成部分，其功能正在由傳統(tǒng)的貨物裝卸、運輸、倉儲向綜合物流中心角色轉(zhuǎn)變。當(dāng)前，在全球經(jīng)濟增長相對緩慢的形勢下，國內(nèi)外各大港口都加快了港口物流的發(fā)展，并將港口物流的快速、可持續(xù)性發(fā)展作為保持港口競爭力、推動經(jīng)濟走向快速發(fā)展的最有效方法。 以泉州港為例，泉州港具有得天獨厚的地理優(yōu)勢和港口資源，是泉州市及閩三角發(fā)展外向型經(jīng)濟和連接海內(nèi)外市場的重要支撐，是福建省對臺“三通”的重要口岸。泉州市正在實施“以港興市”戰(zhàn)略，，充分發(fā)揮泉州東南沿海重要樞紐港的作用，逐步把泉州發(fā)展成以液體散貨、外貿(mào)集裝箱支線、內(nèi)貿(mào)集裝箱、滾裝運輸為主，集現(xiàn)代物流、裝卸儲運、運輸組織、臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)、綜合服務(wù)等的多功能、綜合性港口。 本文首先對現(xiàn)代港口物流的概念進行闡釋，接著對港口物流的相關(guān)理論進行綜述，對現(xiàn)代港口物流的特點、功能和發(fā)展意義進行說明，通過對鹿特丹港、安特衛(wèi)普港、新加坡港等國外典型港口物流發(fā)展模式和香港港、上海港、深圳港等國內(nèi)主要港口物流的運營現(xiàn)狀進行分析，得出了高度重視港口管理、全面合理統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃、做好港口物流服務(wù)、提高港口物流信息化水平、構(gòu)筑港口物流產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈等先進經(jīng)驗。盡管泉州港近年來取得了長足較快的發(fā)展，港口物流的發(fā)展依然存在一系列問題。應(yīng)用PEST分析法和SWOT分析法，對泉州港港口物流的發(fā)展進行了全面的分析，制定了適合泉州港實際情況的港口物流發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標、基本原則和戰(zhàn)略方針，并分別從八個方面提出發(fā)展泉州港口物流的具體策略。
[Abstract]:As the main link of the global integrated transportation network, port is an important part of the modern logistics industry. Its function is changing from traditional cargo handling, transportation and warehousing to the role of integrated logistics center. At present, under the situation of relatively slow global economic growth, all major ports at home and abroad have accelerated the development of port logistics, and regard the rapid and sustainable development of port logistics as the maintenance of port competitiveness. The most effective way to promote the rapid development of the economy. Taking Quanzhou Port as an example, Quanzhou Port has unique geographical advantages and port resources. It is an important support for Quanzhou and Fujian Triangle to develop export-oriented economy and connect domestic and overseas markets. It is also an important port for Fujian's "three links" to Taiwan. Quanzhou is implementing the strategy of "revitalizing the city by port", giving full play to the role of the important hub port in the southeast coast of Quanzhou, and gradually developing Quanzhou into a liquid bulk cargo, foreign trade container branch line, domestic trade container, ro-ro transport, and gathering modern logistics, Loading and unloading, transportation organization, port industry, comprehensive services and other multi-functional, comprehensive port. This paper first explains the concept of modern port logistics, then summarizes the relevant theories of port logistics, explains the characteristics, functions and development significance of modern port logistics, through the Rotterdam port, Antwerp port, By analyzing the logistics development mode of typical foreign ports, such as Singapore Port and other foreign ports, and the current situation of logistics operation of major domestic ports, such as Hong Kong Port, Shanghai Port and Shenzhen Port, it is concluded that great importance has been attached to port management and comprehensive and rational overall planning has been obtained. Do well port logistics service, improve the level of port logistics information, build port logistics industry chain and other advanced experience. Although Quanzhou Port has made rapid progress in recent years, there are still a series of problems in the development of port logistics. The development of port logistics in Quanzhou Port is analyzed comprehensively by using PEST and SWOT analysis methods, and the strategic objectives, basic principles and strategic guidelines of port logistics development suitable for the actual situation of Quanzhou Port are formulated. And from eight aspects of the development of Quanzhou port logistics specific strategies.
