【摘要】：集裝箱運(yùn)輸是一種新型的、先進(jìn)的現(xiàn)代化運(yùn)輸方式,它能確保貨物運(yùn)輸安全,縮短裝卸時(shí)間,節(jié)省貨物包裝,簡化運(yùn)輸手續(xù),是20世紀(jì)的“運(yùn)輸革命”。湛江市集裝箱物流發(fā)展表現(xiàn)出兩個(gè)方面的特點(diǎn),一方面迅速發(fā)展的國際貿(mào)易、腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)刺激了湛江市集裝箱物流的發(fā)展,湛江市集裝箱物流發(fā)展面臨發(fā)展契機(jī)；另一方面湛江市集裝箱物流信息化水平低,缺乏統(tǒng)一的集裝箱物流信息平臺。本文基于此,從湛江市集裝箱物流信息化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在問題出發(fā),結(jié)合現(xiàn)代物流理論和前沿的信息技術(shù),構(gòu)建湛江市集裝箱物流信息平臺。 湛江市集裝箱物流信息平臺構(gòu)建與評價(jià)研究的具體研究思路為：在進(jìn)行了全面調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,首先從政府、電子口岸、海關(guān)、公路、鐵路、碼頭、物流企業(yè)、金融保險(xiǎn)等幾個(gè)方面闡述湛江市集裝箱物流信息化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)湛江市物流信息化存在問題；然后,從定量分析湛江市集裝箱物流量,定性分析平臺信息需求、平臺功能需求等三個(gè)方面對湛江市集裝箱物流信息平臺進(jìn)行需求分析；隨后,系統(tǒng)分析湛江市集裝箱物流信息平臺的構(gòu)建原則、戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)、功能設(shè)計(jì)、邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及軟硬件設(shè)計(jì),其中,功能設(shè)計(jì)包括集裝箱物流跟蹤子系統(tǒng)、報(bào)關(guān)報(bào)檢一關(guān)兩報(bào)子系統(tǒng)、電子商務(wù)子系統(tǒng)、港航EDI中心系統(tǒng)、行業(yè)管理子系統(tǒng)、增值服務(wù)子系統(tǒng)等的功能定位；最后,利用基于熵權(quán)分析的灰色關(guān)聯(lián)綜合評價(jià)法對湛江市集裝箱物流信息平臺構(gòu)建方案進(jìn)行評價(jià),對評價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,得出湛江市集裝箱物流信息平臺的構(gòu)建方案總體水平是良,說明此構(gòu)建方案合理,并提出湛江市集裝箱物流信息實(shí)施建議,對區(qū)域集裝箱物流信息平臺的建設(shè)有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Container transportation is a new and advanced modern transportation mode. It can ensure the safety of cargo transportation, shorten the time of loading and unloading, save the packing of goods and simplify the formalities of transportation. It is the "transportation revolution" in the 20th century. There are two characteristics in the development of container logistics in Zhanjiang. On the one hand, the rapid development of international trade, the hinterland economy stimulates the development of container logistics in Zhanjiang, and the development of container logistics in Zhanjiang faces the opportunity of development. On the other hand, the information level of container logistics in Zhanjiang is low, and it lacks a unified container logistics information platform. Based on this, starting from the current situation and existing problems of container logistics information development in Zhanjiang City, combining with modern logistics theory and advanced information technology, this paper constructs the container logistics information platform of Zhanjiang City. The concrete research ideas of the construction and evaluation of container logistics information platform in Zhanjiang city are as follows: on the basis of comprehensive investigation and research, first of all, from the government, electronic port, customs, highway, railway, wharf, logistics enterprises, This paper expounds the present situation of container logistics informatization in Zhanjiang City and the problems of further strengthening the logistics informatization in Zhanjiang City from the aspects of finance and insurance, and then, from the quantitative analysis of container material flow in Zhanjiang City, the qualitative analysis of the information demand of the platform, Then, it systematically analyzes the construction principle, strategic goal, key technology, function design of the container logistics information platform in Zhanjiang. Logic structure design and hardware and software design, among which, function design includes container logistics tracking subsystem, customs declaration subsystem, electronic commerce subsystem, port and shipping EDI center system, industry management subsystem, Finally, the thesis evaluates the construction scheme of container logistics information platform in Zhanjiang by using the grey relational comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy weight analysis, and analyzes the evaluation results. It is concluded that the overall level of construction of container logistics information platform in Zhanjiang is good, which shows that the construction scheme is reasonable, and puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of container logistics information in Zhanjiang. It has certain reference significance to the construction of regional container logistics information platform.
