【摘要】：鐵路客運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的日趨完善及鐵路發(fā)展改革的要求,使鐵路與地方交通部門充分協(xié)調(diào),提供人性化、現(xiàn)代化的服務(wù)愈顯重要。通過對(duì)廣州鐵路(集團(tuán))公司的調(diào)研,分析鐵路與地方交通部門協(xié)調(diào)配合現(xiàn)狀,闡述在日常應(yīng)急聯(lián)動(dòng)反應(yīng)機(jī)制、日常協(xié)調(diào)、交通方式銜接、春運(yùn)運(yùn)輸組織模式、信息共享、車站站外廣場(chǎng)綜合治理等方面存在的不足,提出建立聯(lián)絡(luò)機(jī)制及定期會(huì)商制度、完善應(yīng)急響應(yīng)機(jī)制、構(gòu)建綜合交通信息查詢平臺(tái)、建立交通資訊綜合發(fā)布機(jī)制等措施,為實(shí)行路地協(xié)調(diào)的常態(tài)化發(fā)展提供借鑒。
