【摘要】：采購工作作為每個企業(yè)經(jīng)營的重要環(huán)節(jié)之一,既是其所共有的職能,也可以為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造價值。采購關(guān)系到企業(yè)的成本控制,因此采購的戰(zhàn)略地位必須得到重視。隨著企業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展和信息化時代的到來,采購的信息化管理也變得尤為重要,采購信息化可以規(guī)范采購流程,提高工作效率,節(jié)省成本,企業(yè)早已不再使用傳統(tǒng)的采購方式采購物資,而孤島式的信息化系統(tǒng)也已逐步淘汰,與上下游業(yè)務(wù)高度一體,與財務(wù)、組織結(jié)構(gòu)權(quán)限、流程等高度關(guān)聯(lián)的一體化系統(tǒng)成為行業(yè)主流。對于企業(yè)來說,采購信息化管理的最終目的就是提高工作效率,提升管理水平,有效控制成本。本文希望通過將現(xiàn)在最新的采購信息化管理理念與天津港現(xiàn)有的采購信息化管理方式進行分析、研究、對比,找出天津港的采購信息化管理方式的優(yōu)點與不足,并為其制定修改意見和可行性方案。 第一部分概述,介紹了論文的選題背景、研究的目的和意義以及國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀；第二部分,對相關(guān)的概念理論進行闡述；第三部分,分析了我國采購信息化管理的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展,并對企業(yè)成功應(yīng)用采購信息化的案例進行了簡單的介紹和案例分析。第四部分,通過對天津港采購信息化的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展的分析,充分考慮到企業(yè)采購信息化的需求,提出企業(yè)在采購信息化管理的發(fā)展中存在的問題。第五部分,分析天津港采購信息化管理的改進方案及預(yù)期效果。 企業(yè)采購信息化管理是一項長期、復(fù)雜、龐大的系統(tǒng)工程,在許多方面都需要多方協(xié)調(diào),它是企業(yè)在發(fā)展信息化過程中的重要環(huán)節(jié),在管理、機制、技術(shù)和安全保障等方面都需要國內(nèi)理論界學(xué)者與企業(yè)采購實踐者的共同努力。
[Abstract]:As one of the important links of every enterprise, purchasing work is not only its common function, but also can create value for the enterprise. Procurement is related to the cost control of enterprises, so the strategic position of procurement must be paid attention to. With the continuous development of enterprises and the arrival of the information age, procurement information management has become particularly important. Procurement information can standardize the procurement process, improve work efficiency, and save costs. Enterprises have long ceased to use traditional procurement methods to purchase materials, and island-style information systems have been phased out, highly integrated with upstream and downstream business, and with the authority of finance and organizational structure. Process and other highly related integration system has become the mainstream of the industry. For enterprises, the ultimate goal of procurement information management is to improve work efficiency, improve management level, and effectively control costs. This paper hopes to find out the advantages and disadvantages of Tianjin Port's procurement information management by analyzing, researching and comparing the latest procurement information management concept and the existing procurement information management method of Tianjin Port. And for its revision and feasibility of the proposal. The first part introduces the background of the thesis, the purpose and significance of the research and the current research situation at home and abroad; the second part, the related concept theory is expounded; the third part, This paper analyzes the present situation and development of procurement information management in China, and briefly introduces and analyzes the cases of successful application of procurement informatization in enterprises. The fourth part, through the analysis of the status quo and development of procurement informatization in Tianjin Port, fully considers the needs of enterprise procurement informatization, and puts forward the problems existing in the development of procurement information management. The fifth part, analyzes the Tianjin Port procurement information management improvement plan and the anticipated effect. Enterprise procurement information management is a long-term, complex, huge system engineering, in many aspects need multi-coordination, it is an important part of the enterprise in the development of information, management, mechanism, Both technical and safety aspects need the joint efforts of domestic theorists and enterprise procurement practitioners.
