【摘要】：隨著低碳經濟的發(fā)展,世界各國在注重經濟發(fā)展的同時,給予生態(tài)環(huán)境更多的關注,碳減排應納入社會發(fā)展的各個領域,尤其是運作中產生高碳排放的物流領域。其中運輸作為能源集中型活動,碳排放量所占的比重最高,合理的運輸決策可以降低成本的同時減少碳排放量,降低對環(huán)境的影響。A公司作為電力行業(yè)的全球領軍企業(yè),旨在構建低碳生活,但運輸決策存在嚴重問題導致運輸成本高,碳排放量高同時客戶服務水平低下。 本文從定性和定量角度基于碳減排對運輸決策進行研究。在定性方面,本文分析了碳減排對運輸決策的影響,在傳統(tǒng)運輸決策僅考慮經濟影響的基礎上引入環(huán)境影響。在承運人選擇決策中,碳減排會對承運人數(shù)額,承運人評價指標體系的設計以及承運人評標產生影響；在貨物配載及運輸路線決策中,碳減排會影響運輸車型、運輸方式和運輸路線的選擇。在定量方面,一方面基于碳減排構建了承運人選擇決策模型,在承運人評價指標體系中引入低碳理念指標,在進行評標時充分考慮承運人的低碳理念；另一方面考慮碳減排的影響,基于運輸車型、運輸方式和運輸路線構建了運輸成本,碳排放量和客戶服務水平多目標貨物配載及運輸路線決策模型,并將碳排放量和客戶服務水平通過函數(shù)轉為成本,以成本最低作為目標函數(shù)。采用模糊網絡評價法和遺傳算法對運輸決策模型進行求解,結合A公司的實例進行分析,驗證了決策模型的準確性和可行性,同時證明了理論研究的可行性,為其他公司開展有效的基于碳減排的運輸決策提供借鑒意義。 本文包含圖1幅,表17個,參考文獻61篇。
[Abstract]:With the development of low-carbon economy, countries in the world pay more attention to the ecological environment while paying attention to economic development. Carbon emission reduction should be incorporated into all fields of social development, especially in the field of logistics, which produces high carbon emissions in operation. Transportation, as an energy intensive activity, accounts for the highest proportion of carbon emissions. Reasonable transportation decisions can reduce the cost while reducing carbon emissions, reducing the impact on the environment. A company as a global leader in the power industry, The aim is to build a low-carbon life, but serious problems in transportation decisions lead to high transport costs, high carbon emissions and low customer service levels. This paper studies the transport decision based on carbon emission reduction from the qualitative and quantitative point of view. Qualitatively, this paper analyzes the impact of carbon emission reduction on transport decision-making, and introduces environmental impact on the basis of traditional transport decision only considering economic impact. In the decision of carrier selection, carbon emission reduction will affect the amount of carrier, the design of carrier evaluation index system and the carrier's bid evaluation, while in the decision of cargo stowage and transportation route, carbon emission reduction will affect the type of transport. Choice of mode of transport and route. In the quantitative aspect, on the one hand, based on carbon emission reduction, the carrier selection decision model is constructed, and the low-carbon concept index is introduced into the carrier evaluation index system, and the carrier's low carbon concept is fully considered when evaluating the bid. On the other hand, considering the impact of carbon emission reduction, based on the transport models, modes and routes, the transport cost, carbon emissions and customer service level multi-objective cargo stowage and transport route decision model are constructed. Carbon emissions and customer service level are converted into cost, and the lowest cost is taken as the objective function. The fuzzy network evaluation method and genetic algorithm are used to solve the transportation decision model. The accuracy and feasibility of the decision model are verified by the example of A company. At the same time, the feasibility of theoretical research is proved. For other companies to carry out effective carbon emission reduction based on transport decisions to provide reference. This paper includes 1 figure, 17 tables and 61 references.
