【摘要】：交通運輸業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟的基礎(chǔ)部分、重要部分，它的發(fā)展水平與國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展有著重要的關(guān)系，二者相互聯(lián)系、相互影響，它們之間的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展越來越引起人們的重視。 重慶是西部地區(qū)的重要增長極、長江上游地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟中心、城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展的直轄市，經(jīng)濟基礎(chǔ)日益增強，綜合實力也顯著提高。而經(jīng)濟的迅速增長對城市交通運輸狀況提出了更新、更高的要求，在這種環(huán)境下，探討交通運輸業(yè)發(fā)展與重慶經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系具有重要意義。 本文圍繞重慶交通運輸狀況及重慶經(jīng)濟發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，從定性和定量兩個方面來進行研究。定性方面，，首先介紹交通運輸業(yè)及重慶交通運輸業(yè)的整體狀況，然后介紹重慶經(jīng)濟的狀況，最后定性分析重慶交通運輸業(yè)與重慶經(jīng)濟二者之間的關(guān)系。本文重點是利用實證來分析重慶交通運輸與重慶經(jīng)濟之間的關(guān)系，主要包括兩方面內(nèi)容。第一是從整體思想出發(fā)，利用DEA模型來分析重慶交通運輸與重慶經(jīng)濟之間的關(guān)系，該部分選擇了其他省市作為參照，選取了2010年、2011年數(shù)據(jù)來分析。第二是利用統(tǒng)計學(xué)、數(shù)量經(jīng)濟學(xué)等各種相關(guān)理論、方法來研究重慶交通運輸與重慶經(jīng)濟的關(guān)系。例如，1、運用時間序列分析理論并結(jié)合Eviews統(tǒng)計軟件，分析重慶交通運輸業(yè)與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展是否存在長期均衡的發(fā)展趨勢。2、以《2007年重慶投入產(chǎn)出表》為基礎(chǔ)，嘗試把交通運輸業(yè)以及其他產(chǎn)業(yè)按照新的分類原則進行整合，經(jīng)過適當(dāng)?shù)臄?shù)據(jù)調(diào)整和平衡，編制出以交通運輸業(yè)內(nèi)部各行業(yè)細分為主的投入產(chǎn)出表，并對交通運輸業(yè)在重慶經(jīng)濟中的地位、作用以及與其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的關(guān)聯(lián)和波及效果進行研究等。 本文最后，根據(jù)實證分析所得到的結(jié)果，結(jié)合重慶交通運輸業(yè)的實際發(fā)展情況及外部環(huán)境，提出相關(guān)政策建議，這對制定正確的相關(guān)政策起有效的參考作用，也為更好的制定交通運輸發(fā)展規(guī)劃提供政策依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Transportation is the basic and important part of the national economy, its development level and the development of the national economy have an important relationship, the two are interrelated and influence each other, the coordinated development between them has attracted more and more attention. Chongqing is an important growth pole in the western region. The economic center of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and the municipality directly under the Central Government with the overall development of urban and rural areas, the economic base is increasingly strengthened, and the comprehensive strength is also remarkably improved. The rapid growth of economy has brought forward new and higher requirements for urban transportation. In this environment, it is of great significance to explore the relationship between the development of transportation industry and the economic development of Chongqing. This paper focuses on Chongqing's traffic and transportation situation and Chongqing's economic development from qualitative and quantitative aspects. Qualitatively, the paper first introduces the whole situation of transportation industry and Chongqing transportation industry, then introduces the economic situation of Chongqing, and finally qualitatively analyzes the relationship between Chongqing transportation industry and Chongqing economy. This paper focuses on the empirical analysis of the relationship between Chongqing transportation and Chongqing economy, mainly including two aspects. The first is to use the DEA model to analyze the relationship between Chongqing transportation and Chongqing economy from the perspective of the whole idea. This part chooses other provinces and cities as the reference and selects the data of 2010 and 2011 to analyze. The second is to use statistics, quantitative economics and other related theories to study the relationship between Chongqing transportation and Chongqing economy. For example, using the theory of time series analysis and Eviews statistical software, this paper analyzes whether there is a long-term equilibrium development trend between transportation and economic development in Chongqing, which is based on Chongqing input-output table in 2007. This paper attempts to integrate the transportation and other industries according to the new classification principles, and after proper data adjustment and balance, to compile the input-output tables with the main subdivision of various industries within the transportation industry. The paper also studies the status, role, relationship and ripple effect of transportation industry in Chongqing economy. Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, combined with the actual development of Chongqing traffic and transportation industry and the external environment, the paper puts forward relevant policy recommendations, which plays an effective reference role in formulating correct relevant policies. Also for better formulation of transport development plan to provide policy basis.
