城市出租汽車行業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式研究

【摘要】:出租汽車行業(yè)作為現(xiàn)代交通運(yùn)輸發(fā)展重要的內(nèi)容,在一定程度上反映了一個(gè)城市的現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展水平。出租汽車經(jīng)營(yíng)模式是指出租汽車行業(yè)采取何種形式進(jìn)行組織經(jīng)營(yíng),,以及出租汽車?yán)嫦嚓P(guān)方在責(zé)、權(quán)、利上的劃分。由于出租汽車經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的理論性、實(shí)踐性和政策性都非常強(qiáng),筆者通過參考國(guó)內(nèi)外部分城市的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式,在對(duì)出租汽車經(jīng)營(yíng)模式理論進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,探討關(guān)于我國(guó)出租汽車經(jīng)營(yíng)模式發(fā)展的基本方向和如何采取措施消除發(fā)展中存在的不穩(wěn)定因素等問題。 首先,本論文通過系統(tǒng)的研究出租汽車行業(yè)的相關(guān)理論,對(duì)出租汽車行業(yè)功能進(jìn)行明確定位;其次,本文界定了出租汽車行業(yè)現(xiàn)有的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式,總結(jié)了出租汽車行業(yè)發(fā)展歷史中出現(xiàn)的各種問題,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行分析;再次,論文通過研究出租汽車行業(yè)各利益相關(guān)方之間的關(guān)系和制約出租汽車發(fā)展的因素,提出評(píng)價(jià)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式優(yōu)劣的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。通過多角度思維論證,建立評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,具體分析各種經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的適應(yīng)性。最后,結(jié)合我國(guó)國(guó)情,本文提出適應(yīng)我國(guó)發(fā)展的城市出租汽車經(jīng)營(yíng)模式以及相關(guān)的建議。
[Abstract]:Taxi industry, as an important part of the development of modern transportation, reflects the level of modernization of a city to some extent. Taxi management mode refers to what form the taxi industry takes to organize and manage, as well as the division of responsibilities, rights and interests of the stakeholders of taxi. As the theory, practice and policy of taxi business model are very strong, the author makes a systematic analysis on the theory of taxi business model by referring to the management model of some cities at home and abroad. This paper probes into the basic direction of the development of taxi business model in China and how to take measures to eliminate the unstable factors in the development. First of all, through the systematic study of the taxi industry related theory, the function of the taxi industry is clearly positioned; secondly, this paper defines the existing taxi industry business model, This paper summarizes various problems in the history of taxi industry development and analyzes them. Thirdly, the paper studies the relationship between the stakeholders of taxi industry and the factors that restrict the development of taxi industry. The standard of evaluating the quality of business model is put forward. Through multi-angle thinking demonstration, the evaluation index system is established, and the adaptability of various business models is analyzed concretely. Finally, according to the national conditions of our country, this paper puts forward the urban taxi management mode and related suggestions for the development of our country.
