【摘要】：“十二五”期間，民航運(yùn)輸業(yè)的快速發(fā)展為民航維修業(yè)帶來了巨大的市場(chǎng)空間，但也對(duì)維修質(zhì)量提出了更高的要求。維修質(zhì)量是飛行安全的基礎(chǔ)，維修人員必須具備較高的維修水平，避免維修差錯(cuò)。因此，民航維修單位需要系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建維修人員培訓(xùn)體系，使維修人員掌握各類維修知識(shí)和專業(yè)操作技能。面對(duì)激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和企業(yè)發(fā)展過程中的挑戰(zhàn)，，XX民航維修單位需要改進(jìn)和完善現(xiàn)有維修人員培訓(xùn)體系，不斷地提高維修人員的維修水平。 本文以民航維修人員相關(guān)培訓(xùn)理論為指導(dǎo)，通過對(duì)我國(guó)民航維修人員培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查，結(jié)合維修人員的資質(zhì)要求、培訓(xùn)特點(diǎn)和民航規(guī)章的相關(guān)規(guī)定，歸納總結(jié)出民航維修人員培訓(xùn)體系構(gòu)建的一般要求。然后從自身培訓(xùn)工作的實(shí)踐出發(fā)，分析XX民航維修單位技術(shù)人員培訓(xùn)體系現(xiàn)狀，指出培訓(xùn)體系中存在的問題與不足。最后，理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際，針對(duì)提出的問題進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)體系的改進(jìn)研究。 目前，整個(gè)民航系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)建立了一套較為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的培訓(xùn)體系，在民航規(guī)章中對(duì)航空公司和維修單位明確出一些培訓(xùn)相關(guān)的規(guī)定和要求，但是仍然需要不斷地改進(jìn)才能滿足民航企業(yè)的需求。對(duì)XX民航維修單位技術(shù)人員的培訓(xùn)體系進(jìn)行分析與改進(jìn)研究，目的是將企業(yè)培訓(xùn)更加細(xì)化，建立一個(gè)更加完善的民航維修人員培訓(xùn)體系模型，可以給其他維修單位予以參考和借鑒，具有一定的理論意義和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, the rapid development of civil aviation transportation industry has brought huge market space for civil aviation maintenance industry, but also put forward higher requirements for maintenance quality. Maintenance quality is the basis of flight safety, maintenance personnel must have a high level of maintenance to avoid maintenance errors. Therefore, civil aviation maintenance units need to systematically construct a training system for maintenance personnel, so that maintenance personnel can master various maintenance knowledge and professional operation skills. In the face of fierce market competition and challenges in the process of enterprise development, XX civil aviation maintenance unit needs to improve and perfect the existing maintenance personnel training system, and constantly improve the maintenance level of maintenance personnel. Under the guidance of the theory of civil aviation maintenance personnel training, through the investigation of the current situation of civil aviation maintenance personnel training in our country, combined with the qualification requirements of maintenance personnel, the training characteristics and the relevant provisions of civil aviation regulations, Summarize the general requirements of civil aviation maintenance personnel training system. Then, from the practice of training work, this paper analyzes the current situation of technical personnel training system in XX Civil Aviation maintenance Unit, and points out the problems and shortcomings in the training system. Finally, combining theory with practice, the paper studies the improvement of training system in view of the problems raised. At present, the entire civil aviation system has established a relatively standard training system. In the civil aviation regulations, some provisions and requirements related to training have been made clear to airlines and maintenance units. But it still needs continuous improvement to meet the needs of civil aviation enterprises. This paper analyzes and improves the training system of technical personnel of XX Civil Aviation maintenance Unit, the purpose of which is to refine the training of enterprises and establish a more perfect model of training system for civil aviation maintenance personnel. It can be used for reference by other maintenance units and has certain theoretical significance and practical value.
