云南省城市公交發(fā)展水平測度

【摘要】:從服務(wù)水平、政策支持、運(yùn)營效率三方面選取了11個(gè)指標(biāo),構(gòu)建了公交發(fā)展水平評價(jià)體系,對2014年云南省16個(gè)城市的公交發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行了評價(jià)。在運(yùn)用主成分分析法測算城市公交發(fā)展水平的基礎(chǔ)上,從投入產(chǎn)出角度構(gòu)建了面板數(shù)據(jù)DEA模型,分析了影響城市公交運(yùn)營效率的主要因素,并對運(yùn)營效率進(jìn)行了評估。結(jié)果顯示,云南省16城市公交發(fā)展水平差異顯著,呈現(xiàn)出昆明及其毗鄰城市公交發(fā)展水平較高,且向外圍城市遞減的圈層狀空間格局;在公交運(yùn)營效率方面,僅有昭通和麗江達(dá)到了DEA總體有效,其余城市均處于總體無效狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:From three aspects of service level, policy support and operation efficiency, 11 indexes are selected, and the evaluation system of bus development level is constructed, and the public transport development level of 16 cities in Yunnan Province in 2014 is evaluated. On the basis of calculating the development level of urban public transport by principal component analysis, this paper constructs the panel data DEA model from the angle of input and output, analyzes the main factors that affect the efficiency of urban public transport operation, and evaluates the operation efficiency. The results show that there are significant differences in the development level of public transport in 16 cities of Yunnan Province, showing that the development level of public transport in Kunming and its adjacent cities is relatively high and decreasing to the peripheral cities. Only Zhaotong and Lijiang reached the overall effectiveness of DEA, and the other cities were in a general invalid state.
