【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展,集裝箱運(yùn)輸已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的重要組成部分,而集裝箱運(yùn)輸碼頭企業(yè)作為物流鏈中舉足輕重的節(jié)點(diǎn),為適應(yīng)時(shí)代的發(fā)展和滿足客戶的需求,已經(jīng)進(jìn)入數(shù)字時(shí)代。集裝箱運(yùn)輸港口業(yè)的整體向著大型化、數(shù)字化、現(xiàn)代化的方向發(fā)展。統(tǒng)計(jì)工作是企業(yè)日常生產(chǎn)和管理的重要組成部分,它能為企業(yè)提供準(zhǔn)確、及時(shí)的數(shù)據(jù)保障,從而幫助企業(yè)對(duì)生產(chǎn)和管理進(jìn)行分析、自查、決策以及后期發(fā)展的規(guī)劃提供事實(shí)依據(jù)。在集裝箱運(yùn)輸碼頭企業(yè)同樣也需要高效合理的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析為生產(chǎn)決策提供完備的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)和信息分析。 .現(xiàn)代的集裝箱碼頭,判別其優(yōu)劣的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是,管理水平和信息化水平的高低。而集裝箱貨物固有的批量大、要求高、時(shí)間短和信息量大的特點(diǎn),使集裝箱運(yùn)輸企業(yè)將成為一個(gè)數(shù)字信息密集型企業(yè)。統(tǒng)計(jì)分析是整個(gè)統(tǒng)計(jì)工作一個(gè)重要組成部分,是統(tǒng)計(jì)工作出成果的重要階段,更是實(shí)現(xiàn)統(tǒng)計(jì)服務(wù)優(yōu)質(zhì)化的主要手段。在企業(yè)中,只有把收集的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)字經(jīng)過多次加工處理,進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)地、深入地分析,才能轉(zhuǎn)換成各種有用的信息,使大量的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)完全實(shí)現(xiàn)它們的使用價(jià)值,才能發(fā)揮統(tǒng)計(jì)的服務(wù)和監(jiān)督作用。 本文通過對(duì)集裝箱運(yùn)輸碼頭的歷史、現(xiàn)狀和未來趨勢(shì)的了解,運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)及統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的相關(guān)理論及方法,從集裝箱運(yùn)輸碼頭制定關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo)、部門的績效考核和關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)的決策等方面的應(yīng)用來研究統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法的實(shí)際應(yīng)用及作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of global economic integration, container transport has become an important part of the modern logistics industry. As a pivotal node in the logistics chain, container terminal enterprises have entered the digital age to adapt to the development of the times and meet the needs of customers. The overall container transport port industry is becoming larger and larger. In the direction of modernization, statistical work is an important part of the daily production and management of enterprises. It can provide accurate and timely data guarantee for enterprises, thus helping enterprises to analyze the production and management, and provide facts for the planning of self-examination, decision making and later development. It also needs to be used in the container terminal enterprises. Efficient and reasonable statistical analysis provides complete data statistics and information analysis for production decisions.
The important standard of the modern container terminal is to distinguish its advantages and disadvantages. The management level and the level of information are high and low. The container cargo has the characteristics of large quantity, high requirement, short time and large amount of information, so that the container transportation enterprise will become a digital information intensive enterprise. Statistical analysis is an important component of the whole statistical work. In part, it is an important stage of statistical work, and it is the main means to realize the quality of statistical service. In the enterprise, only by processing the collected statistics through many processing, systematic and deep analysis can we convert into all kinds of useful information, so that the large amount of statistical data can fully realize their use value. Play the role of statistical service and supervision.
Through the understanding of the history, present situation and future trend of container terminal, this paper uses the relevant theories and methods of statistical analysis and statistical analysis to study the practical application and function of the statistical analysis method from the application of the key performance indicators, the performance assessment and the key index decision of the container terminal.
