技術人員向管理人員角色轉換的適應性分析

【摘要】:隨著企業(yè)發(fā)展和員工個人成長的需要,企業(yè)內部不同專業(yè)背景的員工可能會進行相應的角色轉換,在不同性質的工作崗位上進行輪換,較為常見的是技術人員向管理人員的角色轉換。員工角色轉換在一定程度上能夠適應企業(yè)發(fā)展的需要,也有利于員工自身得到更大的發(fā)展,然而在這一轉換過程中,會出現(xiàn)各種各樣的問題,可以概括為不同角色的適應性問題,也就是由于轉換之前,各自從事的工作性質不同,學歷背景不同,需要的技能不同,轉換后需要適應新的工作崗位,工作性質等發(fā)生了根本的變化,為了個人和企業(yè)發(fā)展,員工必須適應新的工作崗位,克服出現(xiàn)的各種問題。論文以此為研究的出發(fā)點,結合作者的親身工作經歷,分析角色轉換中出現(xiàn)的不同問題,并提出解決對策。 論文首先介紹了研究背景及相關理論依據(jù),,提出技術人員向管理人員角色轉換的影響因素及存在的問題,其次根據(jù)所提出的問題分析了解決對策,最后是實證分析,結合作者所在單位和自身的經歷,分析了角色轉換中存在的具體問題,并提出了對策和建議。論文采用理論和實踐相結合的方法,提出問題并進行了分析,具有一定的理論和現(xiàn)實指導意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of the enterprise and the personal growth of the employees, the employees with different professional backgrounds in the enterprise may change their roles accordingly and rotate in different kinds of jobs. It is more common to change the role of technicians to managers. To a certain extent, employee role transformation can meet the needs of the development of the enterprise, and is also conducive to the greater development of the employees themselves. However, in the process of this transition, there will be a variety of problems. It can be summed up as the adaptability of different roles, that is, because of the different nature of the work, the different educational background, the different skills needed before the transition, the need to adapt to the new job post after the transition. Fundamental changes have taken place in the nature of work. For the development of individuals and enterprises, employees must adapt to new jobs and overcome all kinds of problems. This paper takes this as the starting point of the research, combining the author's personal work experience, analyzes the different problems in the change of roles, and puts forward the countermeasures. Firstly, the paper introduces the research background and relevant theoretical basis, puts forward the influencing factors and existing problems of the transformation from technical personnel to management personnel, then analyzes the countermeasures according to the problems raised, and finally, the empirical analysis. Based on the author's own experience, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the role transformation, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. This paper adopts the method of combining theory with practice, puts forward problems and analyzes them, which has certain theoretical and practical guiding significance.
