【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代科學技術(shù)的發(fā)展和國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟深化體制改革的推進,為了更好的適應國際國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的需要。我國港口相關(guān)體制改革也在同步進行,其中港口大物流環(huán)節(jié)的重要節(jié)點之一的理貨行業(yè)也在發(fā)生著前所未有的變革。青島中聯(lián)作為一家新成立的企業(yè),面對一個剛剛打破壟斷、引入競爭的特殊行業(yè),如何通過有效的競爭手段創(chuàng)造自身快速發(fā)展和行業(yè)健康發(fā)展的雙贏局面成為當前青島中聯(lián)面臨的主要問題。 文章通過定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的方法,將理論與實踐有機地結(jié)合起來,運用戰(zhàn)略管理的專業(yè)知識,對青島中聯(lián)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行了全面深入地研究和分析。本文針對青島中聯(lián)在將來的發(fā)展方向上的具體戰(zhàn)略進行了深入地探討分析,由此指出在經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略上,青島中聯(lián)要注意到以下三個方面:第一點,充分利用相關(guān)政策,目前我國為改革港口理貨行業(yè)推出了一系列的新政策,充分利用政策,在國家的支持下,保證現(xiàn)有業(yè)務的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展;第二點,加強同當?shù)馗劭诘暮献?進一步拓寬經(jīng)營市場,實現(xiàn)雙贏;第三點,不斷延伸港口理貨的三大空間,首先,要不斷擴展業(yè)務范圍,積極開發(fā)新的業(yè)務,促進業(yè)務的多元化發(fā)展;其次,進一步延伸服務的深度和廣度,從而滿足更多客戶的具體需求;再次,不斷提高理貨服務的質(zhì)量,提高現(xiàn)有客戶的滿意度,實現(xiàn)客戶價值方面的創(chuàng)新,既要樹立起客戶就是上帝的服務意識,又要在潛意識里把客戶看做是競爭對手,從而推動公司的進步,不斷獲得市場份額,實現(xiàn)業(yè)務的多元化發(fā)展,不斷開發(fā)新客戶,積極主動的控制公司經(jīng)營管理中的結(jié)構(gòu)性風險。 本文的現(xiàn)實應用意義在于:把中聯(lián)理貨有限公司青島分公司現(xiàn)存的優(yōu)、劣勢、外部機遇、內(nèi)在威脅進行了客觀的分析,有利于中聯(lián)理貨有限公司青島分公司認清現(xiàn)在的發(fā)展方向,繼而客觀的指出當下的經(jīng)營模式已無法跟上時代環(huán)境,務必要重新對公司現(xiàn)行的業(yè)務經(jīng)營模式以及獲利方式進行創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern science and technology and the promotion of domestic economic deepening system reform, in order to better meet the needs of international and domestic economic development. The reform of port related system in our country is also going on synchronously. Among them, the tally industry, one of the important nodes of port logistics, is also undergoing unprecedented changes. Qingdao Zhonglian, as a newly established enterprise, is faced with a special industry that has just broken its monopoly and introduced competition. How to create a win-win situation of rapid development and healthy development of the industry through effective competitive means has become the main problem that Qingdao Zhonglian is facing at present. Through the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, this paper organically combines theory with practice and makes use of the professional knowledge of strategic management to study and analyze the development strategy of Qingdao Zhonglian in an all-round way. This article has carried on the thorough discussion and the analysis to the Qingdao Zhonglian in the future development direction concrete strategy, thus pointed out that in the management strategy, Qingdao Zhonglian should pay attention to the following three aspects: first, make full use of the related policy, At present, China has introduced a series of new policies for the reform of the port tally industry, making full use of the policies to ensure the steady development of the existing business with the support of the state; second, to strengthen cooperation with local ports and further broaden the market for operation. To achieve a win-win situation; third, to continuously extend the three major spaces for port tally, first, to continuously expand the scope of business, actively develop new business, and to promote the diversification of business; secondly, to further extend the depth and breadth of services, In order to meet the specific needs of more customers; third, continuously improve the quality of tally services, improve the satisfaction of existing customers, achieve customer value innovation, we should establish the customer is God's service awareness, In order to promote the progress of the company, to obtain the market share, to realize the diversified development of business, to develop new customers, and to control the structural risk in the management of the company actively. The practical application significance of this paper lies in the objective analysis of the existing advantages, disadvantages, external opportunities and internal threats of Qingdao Branch of Zhonglian tally Co., Ltd. It is advantageous for the Qingdao branch of Zhonglian tally Co., Ltd. To recognize the current direction of development, and then objectively point out that the current business model has been unable to keep up with the environment of the times. It is necessary to reinvent the company's current business model and profit-making approach.
