海航集團(tuán)社會責(zé)任管理研究

【摘要】:在現(xiàn)代市場經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下,伴隨著企業(yè)對社會生活的影響日益深入,企業(yè)被賦予了更為崇高的歷史使命。企業(yè)不僅是以營利為目的的經(jīng)濟(jì)組織,而且還擔(dān)負(fù)著滿足社會需求,推動社會物質(zhì)文明和精神文明進(jìn)步的社會責(zé)任。企業(yè)積極履行社會責(zé)任不僅是自身提高核心競爭力、實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的必然要求,而且也將對緩解社會矛盾、構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會發(fā)揮積極的作用。 本文以海航集團(tuán)作為研究對象,在對其社會責(zé)任管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行充分調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,運用利益相關(guān)者理論,對其社會責(zé)任管理進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究。首先,在大量的文獻(xiàn)閱讀的基礎(chǔ)上,對海航集團(tuán)社會責(zé)任管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了闡述,,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了海航集團(tuán)在社會責(zé)任管理方面取得的成果。其次,運用定量分析的方法,通過對員工和顧客這兩個最為重要的利益相關(guān)者的滿意度進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)海航集團(tuán)在社會責(zé)任管理方面存在的問題,即員工的社會責(zé)任意識有待提高,社會責(zé)任管理制度還不夠完善,并分析問題存在的原因。 在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了海航集團(tuán)社會責(zé)任管理的改進(jìn)措施:一是要構(gòu)建企業(yè)社會責(zé)任教育機(jī)制,包括對管理干部、員工和其他利益相關(guān)者的企業(yè)社會責(zé)任教育機(jī)制;二是要進(jìn)一步完善員工責(zé)任管理機(jī)制,包括建立個性化的員工培訓(xùn)機(jī)制和壓力管理機(jī)制;三是要進(jìn)一步完善客戶服務(wù)管理機(jī)制,建議海南航空股份有限公司在建立個性化服務(wù)機(jī)制和規(guī)范的飛機(jī)遲延服務(wù)機(jī)制方面采取適當(dāng)措施。為確保上述改進(jìn)措施能夠有效實施,海航集團(tuán)還應(yīng)在企業(yè)文化、人事、財務(wù)方面健全配套保障措施。 本文旨在對海航集團(tuán)社會責(zé)任管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗、發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,并提出解決問題的方案,希望對海航集團(tuán)今后社會責(zé)任管理工作的改善有所幫助。
[Abstract]:Under the condition of modern market economy, with the deepening influence of enterprises on social life, enterprises have been entrusted with a more lofty historical mission. Enterprise is not only an economic organization for profit, but also a social responsibility to meet the needs of society and promote the progress of material and spiritual civilization. It is not only an inevitable requirement for enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility to improve their core competitiveness and realize sustainable development, but also a positive role for alleviating social contradictions and building a harmonious socialist society. In this paper, HNA Group as the research object, on the basis of the full investigation of its current situation of social responsibility management, the use of stakeholder theory, the social responsibility management of its systematic research. First of all, on the basis of reading a large number of documents, this paper expounds the current situation of HNA Group's social responsibility management, and on this basis, summarizes the achievements of HNA Group in the aspect of social responsibility management. Secondly, by using the quantitative analysis method, through the questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of the two most important stakeholders, employees and customers, we find the problems existing in the management of social responsibility of HNA Group. That is to say, the consciousness of social responsibility of employees needs to be improved, the management system of social responsibility is not perfect enough, and the causes of the problems are analyzed. On this basis, the paper puts forward the improvement measures of HNA Group's social responsibility management: first, it is necessary to construct the enterprise social responsibility education mechanism, including the enterprise social responsibility education mechanism for management cadres, employees and other stakeholders; Second, to further improve the staff responsibility management mechanism, including the establishment of personalized staff training mechanism and stress management mechanism; third, to further improve the customer service management mechanism, It is suggested that Hainan Airlines Co., Ltd. should take appropriate measures to establish individualized service mechanism and standardized aircraft delay service mechanism. In order to ensure that the above improvement measures can be effectively implemented, HNA Group should also improve the corporate culture, personnel, financial aspects of supporting safeguards. Based on the analysis of the present situation of HNA's social responsibility management, this paper summarizes the experience, finds out the problems, and puts forward the solutions to the problems, hoping to help the HNA Group to improve its social responsibility management in the future.
