清末民初哈爾濱松花江航運(yùn)業(yè)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:哈爾濱地區(qū)處于松花江下游平原地帶,地勢(shì)平坦,水資源豐富,具有先天的交通優(yōu)勢(shì),航運(yùn)歷史由來(lái)已久。近代以前,航運(yùn)一直是哈爾濱及其周邊地區(qū)的主要交通方式之一。19世紀(jì)50年代以來(lái),沙俄開始向我國(guó)進(jìn)行勢(shì)力擴(kuò)張,向松花江流域步步侵蝕,由于中國(guó)自身航業(yè)不興,松花江航權(quán)一度被沙俄資本獨(dú)霸。19世紀(jì)末20世紀(jì)初,哈爾濱地區(qū)人口增多,,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,迅速成為遠(yuǎn)東地區(qū)的重要城市之一,民族資本企業(yè)開始興起。為挽救民族危亡,收回航權(quán),哈爾濱的民族航運(yùn)業(yè)也隨之起步。 哈爾濱地區(qū)民族航運(yùn)業(yè)的發(fā)展是在當(dāng)時(shí)的社會(huì)大背景下進(jìn)行的。初期布滿荊棘,歷經(jīng)坎坷;中期迅速發(fā)展,資本增加;后期走向聯(lián)合、由盛轉(zhuǎn)衰。哈爾濱民族航運(yùn)業(yè)發(fā)展的每一步都與當(dāng)時(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、國(guó)際局勢(shì)的變化有著千絲萬(wàn)縷的聯(lián)系。哈埠航運(yùn)業(yè)作為哈爾濱地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)部門中的重要組成部分,它的發(fā)展是整個(gè)民族資本企業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的一個(gè)縮影,也能從側(cè)面體現(xiàn)出清末民初之際整個(gè)黑龍江地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展情況。此外,哈爾濱航運(yùn)業(yè)還肩負(fù)著與外國(guó)資本企業(yè)爭(zhēng)利、收回領(lǐng)水主權(quán)與航權(quán)的重要任務(wù)。 作為東北最大的水利樞紐之一,哈爾濱的地區(qū)航運(yùn)交通的便利有利于港口的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。哈爾濱港口開設(shè)使地區(qū)間貿(mào)易活動(dòng)活躍,商品流通頻繁,地區(qū)間溝通密切,大量的客貨往來(lái)促進(jìn)了地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的繁榮,進(jìn)而促使依托港口的城鎮(zhèn)興起及近代化進(jìn)程加快,豐富了哈爾濱地區(qū)人民的物質(zhì)生活,改變了哈爾濱地區(qū)人民的出行習(xí)慣。同時(shí),近代哈爾濱航運(yùn)業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)哈爾濱地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)的開發(fā)與進(jìn)一步建設(shè)有著重要的促進(jìn)作用,推動(dòng)了哈爾濱的城市化進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:Harbin is located in the plain area of the lower reaches of Songhua River. It has a long history of shipping, with a flat terrain and abundant water resources. Before modern times, shipping had always been one of the main modes of transportation in Harbin and its surrounding areas. Since the 1950s, Czarist Russia began to expand its influence into China and gradually erode into the Songhua River basin. Songhua River navigation right was once dominated by Russian capital. At the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, the population of Harbin area increased, economic development, quickly became one of the important cities in the far East, the national capital enterprises began to rise. In order to save the national crisis and recover the shipping rights, Harbin's national shipping industry also started. The development of the national shipping industry in Harbin area was carried out under the background of the society at that time. The initial period is full of thorns and bumpy; the medium term develops rapidly, the capital increases; the later period moves to union, from prosperity to decline. Every step of the development of Harbin national shipping industry is closely related to the changes of economy, politics and international situation at that time. As an important part of the economic sector in Harbin, the development of the Harbin shipping industry is a microcosm of the development of the whole national capital enterprises, and can also reflect the economic development of the whole Heilongjiang region at the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China. In addition, Harbin shipping industry also shoulder the important task of competing with foreign capital enterprises and recovering territorial water sovereignty and shipping rights. As one of the largest water conservancy hubs in Northeast China, the convenience of regional shipping and transportation in Harbin is beneficial to the economic development of the port. The opening of Harbin port makes regional trade activities active, commodity circulation frequent, regional communication close, a large number of passenger and cargo exchanges promote the prosperity of regional economy, and then promote the rise and modernization of towns relying on ports. Has enriched the Harbin area people's material life, has changed the Harbin area people's travel custom. At the same time, the development of modern Harbin shipping industry plays an important role in the development and further construction of cities and towns in Harbin area, and promotes the urbanization process of Harbin.
