【摘要】：摘要：城市化進(jìn)程的加快促使城市物流進(jìn)入了一個(gè)高速發(fā)展的新階段,隨著城市物流組織和規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,給城市帶來(lái)的問(wèn)題日益突出。特別是人口基數(shù)大、地理范圍廣、貿(mào)易來(lái)往多的大城市,在交通擁堵、物價(jià)上升、環(huán)境污染等方面的問(wèn)題更加突出,給大城市帶來(lái)了重大的挑戰(zhàn)和難題。 我國(guó)城市物流的理論和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)還不豐富,從國(guó)外發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家經(jīng)驗(yàn)來(lái)看,在大城市中發(fā)展鐵路物流能有效地解決物流發(fā)展帶來(lái)的諸多問(wèn)題。但是,近年來(lái),我國(guó)鐵路物流所占現(xiàn)代物流的比重在逐年下降,究其原因,鐵路物流資源利用不高、鐵路物流節(jié)點(diǎn)布局分散等方面的問(wèn)題是重點(diǎn)因素,影響了鐵路物流能力的進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,本論文提出基于Agent-網(wǎng)格化管理的大城市鐵路物流資源整合方案,對(duì)大城市鐵路物流資源的布局和結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行調(diào)整,完善了大城市鐵路物流系統(tǒng)的流程。 通過(guò)調(diào)整大城市鐵路物流資源的布局結(jié)構(gòu),提高物流資源的利用效率和產(chǎn)業(yè)集中度,解決資源分散、浪費(fèi)的問(wèn)題；完善大城市鐵路物流系統(tǒng)的流程,提高大城市鐵路物流系統(tǒng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和服務(wù)能力,為客戶帶來(lái)更方便的服務(wù)。 本論文主要內(nèi)容包括以下幾個(gè)方面： (1)對(duì)大城市鐵路物流資源的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行研究,找出大城市鐵路物流資源現(xiàn)狀中存在的問(wèn)題,提出資源整合的必要性和可行性,進(jìn)而定性地討論整合過(guò)程需要把握的基本原則和整合的基本思路。 (2)結(jié)合整合大城市鐵路物流資源的基本思路,吸收Agent技術(shù)和網(wǎng)格化管理在物流資源整合問(wèn)題上的經(jīng)驗(yàn),論文提出運(yùn)用Agent技術(shù)和網(wǎng)格化管理技術(shù)對(duì)大城市鐵路物流資源進(jìn)行研究的思想,充分考慮資源的客觀條件和客戶的主觀選擇能力,逐條分析基于Agent-網(wǎng)格化管理的大城市鐵路物流資源整合的邏輯結(jié)構(gòu),建立整合體系。 (3)根據(jù)基于Agent-網(wǎng)格化管理的大城市鐵路物流資源整合體系,建立仿真模型,通過(guò)算例驗(yàn)證了模型的可行性并以青島市為實(shí)例對(duì)模型的實(shí)用性進(jìn)行了研究。從定量的角度對(duì)大城市鐵路物流資源的利用和布局進(jìn)行了調(diào)整,實(shí)現(xiàn)了大城市鐵路物流資源整合的整體優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: with the rapid development of urban logistics, urban logistics has entered a new stage of rapid development. With the continuous expansion of urban logistics organization and scale, the problems brought to the city become increasingly prominent. Especially in the large cities with large population base, wide geographical range and much trade, the problems in traffic congestion, rising prices and environmental pollution are more prominent, which brings great challenges and difficulties to big cities. The theory and practical experience of urban logistics in our country is not rich. From the experience of developed countries, the development of railway logistics in big cities can effectively solve many problems brought by the development of logistics. However, in recent years, the proportion of railway logistics in modern logistics in China is decreasing year by year. The reasons are that the utilization of railway logistics resources is not high, the distribution of railway logistics nodes is the key factor. Affected the railway logistics capacity to further enhance. Aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward the integration scheme of railway logistics resources based on Agent-grid management, adjusts the layout and structure of railway logistics resources in big cities, and perfects the flow of railway logistics system in big cities. By adjusting the layout structure of railway logistics resources in big cities, improving the utilization efficiency and industrial concentration degree of logistics resources, solving the problems of dispersion and waste of resources, perfecting the process of railway logistics system in big cities, Improve the competitiveness and service capacity of large-city railway logistics system, bring more convenient services to customers. The main contents of this thesis include the following aspects: 1) to study the connotation of railway logistics resources in big cities, to find out the problems existing in the present situation of railway logistics resources in big cities, and to put forward the necessity and feasibility of the integration of resources. Then qualitatively discuss the basic principles and basic ideas of integration process. Combining with the basic ideas of integrating railway logistics resources in big cities, absorbing the experience of Agent technology and grid management in the integration of logistics resources, This paper puts forward the idea of using Agent technology and grid management technology to study the railway logistics resources in big cities, fully considering the objective conditions of resources and the subjective choice ability of customers. The logical structure of railway logistics resources integration based on Agent-grid management is analyzed, and the integration system is established. According to the integrated system of railway logistics resources based on Agent-grid management, the simulation model is established. The feasibility of the model is verified by an example and the practicability of the model is studied by taking Qingdao as an example. In this paper, the utilization and distribution of railway logistics resources in big cities are adjusted from a quantitative point of view, and the overall optimization of the integration of railway logistics resources in big cities is realized.
