沈四高速公路康平北段項目物資管控優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:在工程項目的建設(shè)生命周期內(nèi),存在著資源、政策及環(huán)境等方面種種約束條件,而想要使整個項目實(shí)現(xiàn)安全服務(wù)質(zhì)量等要求,則需要對項目施工進(jìn)行全過程和系統(tǒng)性規(guī)劃。在整個過程中,將會涉及材料、設(shè)備等物資管控等多項環(huán)節(jié)。所以,在工程建設(shè)施工的過程中,物資作為工程項目可持續(xù)進(jìn)行的重中之重,只有加強(qiáng)物資管控,才能夠降低項目成本,并且縮短工期和提高項目工程質(zhì)量,繼而為項目順利進(jìn)行提供堅實(shí)的保障。作為沈吉公路的重要組成部分,沈康高速公路是遼寧高速公路網(wǎng)北部主干線。而沈四高速公路康平北段項目也是北部寒冷地區(qū)典型示范工程,所以研究該項目的物資管控優(yōu)化問題對此高速項目整體竣工有一定的積極作用,F(xiàn)階段,該項目施工單位并沒有認(rèn)識到物資管控的重要性,仍采用傳統(tǒng)物資管理方式和方法,從而導(dǎo)致物資在項目開展過程中并沒有發(fā)揮有效價值。該段建設(shè)項目存在著周期較長、不可預(yù)見因素多和施工工序繁多的情況。如果忽視對物資的有效管理,將會直接影響工期即時完成。而研究提高沈四高速公路康平北段項目物資管控水平,將有助工程的順利實(shí)施。就目前來看,沈四高速公路康平北段項目在施工過程中出現(xiàn)了很多物資管控方面的問題,這些問題會影響到整個工程如期交工的工作進(jìn)展情況,并且導(dǎo)致項目工程的施工成本和質(zhì)量受到不良影響。因此,希望通過完成本文可以解決,沈四高速公路康平北段項目物資管控問題,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對整個項目的幫助。同時,也為其他相關(guān)、相近項目提供一些案例支持。本文對沈四高速公路康平北段項目物資管控優(yōu)化問題展開分析的過程中,首先對研究該問題的意義進(jìn)行了闡述。在此基礎(chǔ)上,則主要從沈四高速公路康平北段項目的物資管控現(xiàn)狀與存在的問題入手,對沈四高速公路康平北段項目的物資管理存在的問題進(jìn)行分析,并對項目物資管控的改進(jìn)思路進(jìn)行了探討。而通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn),該項目的物資管理在費(fèi)用管理、時間管理和質(zhì)量管理等方面存在著一定的問題。所以,本文通過對沈四高速公路康平北段項目的物資管控優(yōu)化問題展開具體的分析,從提高工程質(zhì)量、提升物資管理水平、推廣物資管理新技術(shù)和創(chuàng)新物資管控模式方面提出了相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化策略,以期實(shí)現(xiàn)項目物資管控的全面優(yōu)化。在此基礎(chǔ)上,則對沈四高速公路康平北段項目物資管控優(yōu)化策略實(shí)施問題展開了研究,具體對物資運(yùn)輸費(fèi)用、運(yùn)輸時間和物資風(fēng)險與質(zhì)量的優(yōu)化管理問題展開了研究,并且實(shí)現(xiàn)了沈四高速公路康平北段項目物資管控的綜合管理優(yōu)化,從而通過分析方案的實(shí)施效果為方案的后續(xù)實(shí)施提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In the construction life cycle of the project, there are all kinds of constraints on resources, policies and environment, but in order to make the whole project realize the requirements of safety and service quality, it is necessary to carry out the whole process and systematic planning of the construction of the project. In the whole process, will involve materials, equipment and other material control and other links. Therefore, in the process of engineering construction, the material is the most important part of the sustainable carrying out of the engineering project. Only by strengthening the material control, can the cost of the project be reduced, and the duration of the project be shortened and the quality of the project improved. Then provide a solid guarantee for the smooth progress of the project. As an important part of Shenji Highway, Shenkang Expressway is the northern main line of Liaoning Expressway Network. The northern section of Shen-Si Expressway Kangping Project is a typical demonstration project in the cold area in the north, so the study on the optimization of material management and control of the project has a certain positive effect on the completion of the high-speed project as a whole. At present, the construction unit of the project does not realize the importance of material control and control, and still adopts the traditional material management methods and methods, which leads to the lack of effective value of the material in the process of carrying out the project. The construction project has a long period, many unpredictable factors and various construction procedures. If the effective management of materials is neglected, the immediate completion of the project will be directly affected. The study of improving the level of material control in the north section of Kangping section of Shen-Si Expressway will help the project to carry out smoothly. At present, during the construction of the North Section of Kangping Section of Shen-Si Expressway, there have been many problems in material control and control. These problems will affect the progress of the completion of the project as scheduled. And the construction cost and quality of the project are adversely affected. Therefore, it is hoped that through the completion of this paper, we can solve the problem of material management and control in the north section of Kangping Section of Shen-Si Expressway, so as to realize the help to the whole project. At the same time, also for other related, similar projects to provide some case support. In the course of analyzing the optimization of material management and control in the north section of Kangping Section of Shen-Si Expressway, the significance of studying this problem is first expounded in this paper. On this basis, mainly from the Shen-Si Expressway Kangping North Section project material control status and existing problems, the Shen-Si Expressway Kangping North Section of the project material management problems are analyzed. At the same time, the improvement ideas of project material control are discussed. Through the research, it is found that there are some problems in the material management of the project, such as cost management, time management and quality management. Therefore, through the concrete analysis of the material management and control optimization of the North Section of Kangping Section of Shen-Si Expressway, this paper aims to improve the quality of the project and improve the level of material management. In the aspect of popularizing the new technology of material management and innovating the mode of material control, the corresponding optimization strategies are put forward in order to realize the overall optimization of the material control of the project. On this basis, the implementation of material control and control optimization strategy in the north section of Kangping Section of Shen-Si Expressway is studied, and the optimization management of material transportation cost, transportation time, material risk and quality is studied. It also realizes the optimization of material management and control in the north section of Kangping Section of Shen-Si Expressway, so as to provide the basis for the subsequent implementation of the project by analyzing the effect of the implementation of the scheme.
