【摘要】:工程項(xiàng)目人力資源的管理是項(xiàng)目管理中關(guān)鍵的一環(huán),對于橋梁工程這項(xiàng)復(fù)雜而龐大的項(xiàng)目人力資源的管理就顯得尤為重要。對橋梁工程項(xiàng)目人力資源管理進(jìn)行深入系統(tǒng)的研究有利于豐富人力資源管理理論,特別是對于現(xiàn)階段的橋梁工程施工企業(yè)具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,為橋梁工程項(xiàng)目人力資源的管理提供了理論依據(jù)和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)。 在查閱大量相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和借鑒國內(nèi)外研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,對項(xiàng)目管理和人力資源管理的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述,并對項(xiàng)目人力資源管理的內(nèi)容以及重要性進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹。針對W市青山跨江大橋工程項(xiàng)目人力資源管理的現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,根據(jù)工程項(xiàng)目人力資源管理理論建立了一整套符合該橋梁工程項(xiàng)目的人力資源管理體系,包括工程項(xiàng)目組織結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、項(xiàng)目人員管理機(jī)制設(shè)計(jì)、項(xiàng)目人員績效評價(jià)體系設(shè)計(jì)和項(xiàng)目人員薪酬體系設(shè)計(jì)。本文設(shè)計(jì)的橋梁工程項(xiàng)目人力資源管理體系在很大程度上解決了橋梁工程項(xiàng)目在人事管理方面的實(shí)際問題,充分調(diào)動了項(xiàng)目人員的積極性,最大限度的發(fā)揮了項(xiàng)目人力資源的能動性,有利于工程項(xiàng)目對工期、質(zhì)量和進(jìn)度的有效控制,確保了能夠更好的實(shí)現(xiàn)工程項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)。 為了進(jìn)一步提高項(xiàng)目人力資源管理工作的水平,,保證W市青山跨江大橋工程項(xiàng)目人力資源管理體系的順利實(shí)施和工程項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),本文提出了該橋梁工程項(xiàng)目人力資源管理體系的實(shí)施保障。建立了科學(xué)合理的橋梁工程項(xiàng)目人力資源管理制度,通過企業(yè)文化的保障落實(shí)于項(xiàng)目實(shí)際,保障橋梁工程項(xiàng)目的順利進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:The management of human resources of engineering projects is a key part of project management, which is especially important to the management of the complex and huge human resources of bridge projects. It is beneficial to enrich the theory of human resource management, especially for the bridge engineering construction enterprises at present, to carry on the thorough and systematic research on the human resource management of the bridge engineering project. It provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the management of human resources in bridge engineering projects. On the basis of consulting a large number of relevant literature and referring to the domestic and foreign research results, this paper expounds in detail the relevant theories of project management and human resource management, and introduces the content and importance of project human resources management in detail. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of human resource management of Qingshan bridge project in W city. According to the theory of human resource management of engineering project, a whole set of human resource management system according to the bridge project is established, including the design of the organization structure of the project, the design of the management mechanism of the project personnel. Project personnel performance evaluation system design and project personnel compensation system design. The human resource management system of bridge engineering project designed in this paper has solved the practical problems in personnel management of bridge engineering project to a great extent, and fully aroused the enthusiasm of project personnel. It can exert the initiative of the project human resources to the maximum extent, which is beneficial to the effective control of the time limit, quality and progress of the project, and ensures the better realization of the project objectives. In order to further improve the level of human resource management of the project, ensure the smooth implementation of the human resource management system and the realization of the goal of the project, This paper puts forward the implementation guarantee of the human resource management system of the bridge project. A scientific and reasonable human resource management system for bridge engineering project is set up. Through the guarantee of enterprise culture, it is put into practice and the bridge project is carried out smoothly.
