中鐵快運(yùn)一體化低碳物流服務(wù)模式研究

【摘要】:在全球能源供應(yīng)日益緊張、國(guó)際原油價(jià)格不斷上漲和溫室氣體排放不斷增加的背景下,發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì),促進(jìn)各行業(yè)節(jié)能減排是緩解我國(guó)能源供應(yīng)緊張和環(huán)境污染的有效措施。物流業(yè)作為能源消耗和碳排放大戶,在節(jié)能減排中發(fā)揮著重要的作用。物流企業(yè)作為物流服務(wù)的主體,如何促進(jìn)物流企業(yè)節(jié)能減排,提高能源利用率,發(fā)展低碳物流,創(chuàng)新物流服務(wù)模式,減小物流對(duì)環(huán)境的影響已成為我國(guó)物流業(yè)迫切需要解決的問題。 本文基于鐵路快運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò),結(jié)合在中鐵快運(yùn)的實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷,系統(tǒng)分析和研究了中鐵快運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和運(yùn)輸資源一體化的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,借助鐵路運(yùn)輸?shù)湍芎、低污染、低排放的?yōu)勢(shì),提出了中鐵快運(yùn)一體化低碳物流服務(wù)模式。把低碳環(huán)保的思想和技術(shù)融入到中鐵快運(yùn)物流服務(wù)中,設(shè)計(jì)出集采、供、運(yùn)、儲(chǔ)、銷為一體的全程低碳物流服務(wù)模式,并以此整合資源,拓展服務(wù)范圍,增加物流服務(wù)附加值,提高中鐵快運(yùn)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 在定量分析中鐵快運(yùn)一體化物流運(yùn)作模式對(duì)碳排放影響方面,本文利用IPCC移動(dòng)源碳排放的計(jì)算方法,計(jì)算出中鐵快運(yùn)一年內(nèi)單位運(yùn)輸周轉(zhuǎn)量的二氧化碳排放量,與傳統(tǒng)道路運(yùn)輸為主物流服務(wù)模式單位運(yùn)輸周轉(zhuǎn)量的碳排放量進(jìn)行對(duì)比,得出中鐵快運(yùn)一體化低碳物流中采用的一體化運(yùn)輸方案具有低碳排放優(yōu)勢(shì)。加之該物流服務(wù)模式中采用了低碳采購、低碳包裝與流通加工、低碳倉儲(chǔ)、低碳分銷和逆向物流,從而全面證實(shí)了中鐵快運(yùn)一體化低碳物流服務(wù)模式具有低能耗、低污染、低排放的特性。最后對(duì)該服務(wù)模式提出完善措施,以增強(qiáng)其實(shí)際操作性。
[Abstract]:Under the background of increasing global energy supply, rising international crude oil price and increasing greenhouse gas emissions, developing low-carbon economy and promoting energy saving and emission reduction in various industries are effective measures to alleviate the shortage of energy supply and environmental pollution in China. Logistics industry, as a large energy consumption and carbon emission, plays an important role in energy saving and emission reduction. As the main body of logistics service, logistics enterprises how to promote energy saving and emission reduction, improve energy utilization, develop low-carbon logistics, and innovate logistics service mode. Reducing the impact of logistics on the environment has become an urgent problem for the logistics industry in China. Based on the railway express transportation network and the practice experience in China Railway Express, this paper systematically analyzes and studies the core competitiveness of the integration of railway express network and transportation resources, and makes use of the advantages of low energy consumption, low pollution and low emission of railway transportation. The integrated low-carbon logistics service mode of China Railway Express is put forward. The idea and technology of low carbon environmental protection are integrated into China Railway Express logistics service, and a whole low carbon logistics service model is designed, which integrates collection, supply, transportation, storage and marketing, and integrates resources, expands service scope, and increases added value of logistics service. Improve the market competitiveness of China Railway Express. In terms of quantitative analysis of the effect of integrated logistics operation mode of China Railway Express on carbon emissions, the carbon dioxide emissions per unit transport turnover of China Railway Express within one year are calculated by using the calculation method of carbon emissions from IPCC moving sources. Compared with the carbon emissions of the unit transport turnover of the traditional road transport logistics service mode, it is concluded that the integrated transport scheme adopted in the integrated low-carbon logistics of China Railway Express has the advantage of low carbon emissions. In addition, low carbon purchasing, low carbon packaging and circulation processing, low carbon storage, low carbon distribution and reverse logistics are adopted in the logistics service mode, which fully proves that the integrated low carbon logistics service mode of China Railway Express has low energy consumption and low pollution. The characteristic of low emission. Finally, it puts forward the perfect measures to enhance the practical operation of the service model.
