天津港整車物流發(fā)展策略研究

【摘要】:港口是物流運輸與國際貿(mào)易的重要節(jié)點,我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的多方面綜合發(fā)展,在世界汽車舞臺上逐漸壯大,為以港口物流服務(wù)為基礎(chǔ)的整車物流行業(yè)展現(xiàn)了良好契機。然而,面臨著汽車物流需求的擴張,國際物流巨頭的介入,國際投資的引入,我國整車物流行業(yè)在面臨機遇的同時也必然接受了巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。 我國整車物流行業(yè)處于發(fā)展初期,還在摸索中,呈現(xiàn)了市場競爭機制弱、企業(yè)規(guī)模小、業(yè)務(wù)不規(guī)范、人才匱乏等問題,迫切需要調(diào)整。我國整車物流的發(fā)展不能完全照搬國外經(jīng)驗,而應(yīng)該從自身資源能力與市場特色出發(fā),準確定位自己的發(fā)展階段,選擇適合于自己的整車物流商業(yè)模式,制定適合于自己的發(fā)展策略。 本文通過對天津港整車物流行業(yè)的理論與實證研究,基于企業(yè)價值理論,從資源整合與交易成本、績效評價等多個角度,運用SWOT分析方法,探討天津港整車物流行業(yè)的發(fā)展問題與發(fā)展模式,提出針對企業(yè)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境、企業(yè)能力層面與績效評價層面的長效策略體系,為天津港整車物流行業(yè)與企業(yè)提供一個新的全觀認識視角。首先,設(shè)定天津港整車業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展目標,而后提出天津港整車物流發(fā)展多層次規(guī)劃方案,包括建立健全業(yè)務(wù)合作關(guān)系、進一步發(fā)展支持服務(wù)、擴大投資融資規(guī)模三種方向。基于以上研究,從而制定天津港整車物流發(fā)展策略總體框架,在總體框架下制定天津港整車物流發(fā)展策略體系,主要包括戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃升華、強化人才培養(yǎng)、發(fā)展增值服務(wù)、構(gòu)建信息平臺等。 通過本文研究,對天津港整車物流發(fā)展的總體局勢與發(fā)展模式有一個更清晰的認識,有助于天津港整車物流業(yè)務(wù)實現(xiàn)長足發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Port is an important node of logistics transportation and international trade. The comprehensive development of China's automobile industry in many aspects has gradually expanded in the world automobile stage, which has shown a good opportunity for the whole vehicle logistics industry based on port logistics service. However, with the expansion of automobile logistics demand, the intervention of international logistics giants and the introduction of international investment, the automobile logistics industry in our country is faced with opportunities and challenges at the same time. The whole automobile logistics industry in our country is in the early stage of development, still in the process of exploration, which presents some problems, such as weak market competition mechanism, small scale of enterprises, non-standard business, lack of talents, and so on, which urgently need to be adjusted. The development of vehicle logistics in our country can not completely copy the experience of foreign countries, but should set out from its own resource ability and market characteristics, accurately locate its own development stage, and select a suitable commercial model for its own vehicle logistics. Make the right development strategy for yourself. Through the theoretical and empirical research on Tianjin Port vehicle logistics industry, based on the theory of enterprise value, this paper applies SWOT analysis method from the perspective of resource integration and transaction cost, performance evaluation and so on. This paper probes into the development problems and development models of Tianjin Port vehicle logistics industry, and puts forward a long-term strategy system aimed at the internal and external environment of the enterprise, the level of enterprise capability and the level of performance evaluation. For Tianjin Port vehicle logistics industry and enterprises to provide a new perspective. First of all, set up Tianjin Port vehicle business development goal, then put forward Tianjin Port vehicle logistics development multi-level planning plan, including the establishment of sound business cooperation, further development of support services, expand the scale of investment and financing three directions. Based on the above research, the overall framework of logistics development strategy of Tianjin Port vehicle is formulated, and the strategic system of logistics development of Tianjin Port vehicle is formulated under the overall framework, which mainly includes sublimation of strategic planning, strengthening of personnel training, development of value-added services, Construct information platform and so on. Through the research of this paper, there is a clearer understanding of the overall situation and development mode of the logistics development of the whole vehicle in Tianjin Port, which is helpful to realize the rapid development of the logistics business of the whole vehicle in Tianjin Port.
