【摘要】：港口作為區(qū)域物流的中心，已成為工業(yè)活動重要基地和城市發(fā)展的增長點，對社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有積極的促進(jìn)效應(yīng)。港口群的發(fā)展演化對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)、全國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展以及全球經(jīng)濟(jì)都具有舉足輕重的意義。目前，國外許多地區(qū)都已發(fā)展起較為完善的區(qū)域性港口群體系，區(qū)域內(nèi)各港口分工明確、合作密切，有效的提升了整個港口群的核心競爭力。 目前珠三角地區(qū)大小港口約有60個，港口林立，各自為政。各港口建設(shè)規(guī)劃和協(xié)調(diào)不足，缺乏相互合作，引起了港口資源的重疊浪費，嚴(yán)重削弱了珠三角港口群的整體競爭力。正確把握珠三角港口群的演化所處階段，分析珠三角港口群形成和演化的內(nèi)在機(jī)制，加快實現(xiàn)港口的資源整合，實現(xiàn)港口間的合作和協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，這已成為珠三角改革發(fā)展迫切需要解決的問題。 鑒于此，本文首先分析了國內(nèi)外區(qū)域港口群發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及演化理論，詳細(xì)闡述了歐洲港口群、美國紐約—新澤西港口群、日本東京灣港口群和長三角港口群的發(fā)展及現(xiàn)狀，總結(jié)國內(nèi)外區(qū)域港口群的發(fā)展模式和區(qū)域港口群的一般演化規(guī)律和演化模型。其次，本文將珠三角港口群置于一個相當(dāng)長的歷史時期內(nèi)考察其集中度的變化、貨流重心的遷移，運用多種數(shù)學(xué)模型對港口群體系形成機(jī)制進(jìn)行定量分析，總結(jié)珠三角港口群的發(fā)展規(guī)律。其中著重分析了珠三角港口群演化動力機(jī)制，建立了珠三角港口群演化模型，并預(yù)測珠三角港口體系的演化趨勢。接著，針對珠三角港口群演化歷史及未來發(fā)展趨勢，本文通過分析港口各主要影響要素間的因果關(guān)系，建立了珠三角港口群系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)模型。并對珠三角地區(qū)三大集裝箱港口主要指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了預(yù)測，明確了港口功能定位和發(fā)展方向，，探究了相關(guān)變量對區(qū)域港口群體系的影響。最后根據(jù)總結(jié)的珠三角港口群演化規(guī)律和預(yù)測結(jié)果，得出珠三角港口群協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的對策建議關(guān)鍵內(nèi)容。這些研究成果將能有效的提升珠三角港口群的整體競爭力，對珠三角區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化有著深遠(yuǎn)的意義。
[Abstract]:As the center of regional logistics, port has become an important base of industrial activities and a growth point of urban development, which has a positive promoting effect on social and economic development. The evolution of port group plays an important role in regional economy, national economic development and global economy. At present, many foreign regions have developed a relatively perfect regional port cluster system, the regional port division of labor is clear, close cooperation, effectively enhance the core competitiveness of the entire port group. At present, there are about 60 ports in the Pearl River Delta region. The insufficient planning and coordination of port construction and the lack of mutual cooperation have caused overlapping waste of port resources and seriously weakened the overall competitiveness of the Pearl River Delta port group. Correctly grasp the stage of the port group evolution in the Pearl River Delta, analyze the inherent mechanism of the formation and evolution of the port group in the Pearl River Delta, accelerate the realization of the integration of port resources, realize the cooperation and coordinated development between ports, This has become the Pearl River Delta reform and development of the urgent need to solve the problem. In view of this, this paper first analyzes the present situation and evolution theory of regional port group at home and abroad, and expounds the development and present situation of European port group, New York and New Jersey port group, Tokyo Bay port group and Yangtze River Delta port group in Japan. This paper summarizes the development model of regional port group at home and abroad, and the general evolution law and evolution model of regional port group. Secondly, in this paper, the Pearl River Delta port group is placed in a long historical period to investigate the change of its concentration degree, the transfer of the center of gravity of cargo flow, and the quantitative analysis of the formation mechanism of port group system by using various mathematical models. Summarize the development law of the Pearl River Delta port group. The dynamic mechanism of port group evolution in the Pearl River Delta is analyzed, the evolutionary model of the port group in the Pearl River Delta is established, and the evolution trend of the port system in the Pearl River Delta is predicted. Then, in view of the evolution history and future development trend of the port group in the Pearl River Delta, this paper establishes the dynamic model of port group system in the Pearl River Delta by analyzing the causality among the main influencing factors of the port. The main indexes of three container ports in the Pearl River Delta region are forecasted, the port function orientation and development direction are defined, and the influence of relevant variables on the regional port group system is explored. Finally, according to the evolution law and forecast results of the Pearl River Delta port group, the key contents of countermeasures and suggestions for the coordinated development of the Pearl River Delta port group are obtained. These research results will effectively enhance the overall competitiveness of the Pearl River Delta port group, and have far-reaching significance for the regional economic integration of the Pearl River Delta.
