【摘要】：隨著國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,中國(guó)的公路交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)得到了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展。高速公路作為最為基本的交通運(yùn)輸設(shè)施,已成為國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要支柱。高速公路收費(fèi)站作為高速公路上的重要服務(wù)設(shè)施,其服務(wù)水平情況直接影響著高速公路的通行能力。近年來(lái),隨著國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,高速公路車(chē)流量迅猛增加,給高速公路收費(fèi)站的服務(wù)能力帶來(lái)巨大的壓力。同時(shí),惡劣天氣的影響以及綠通車(chē)的開(kāi)通都給高速公路收費(fèi)站服務(wù)能力帶來(lái)了挑戰(zhàn)。因此,如何在現(xiàn)有條件下提高收費(fèi)站的通行能力和服務(wù)水平,是目前高速公路收費(fèi)站亟待解決的問(wèn)題。 本文從理論與實(shí)際兩個(gè)方面入手,總結(jié)了當(dāng)前高速公路建設(shè)發(fā)展的總體情況,分析了當(dāng)前影響高速公路車(chē)流量的相關(guān)因素。通過(guò)剖析車(chē)輛在收費(fèi)站交費(fèi)服務(wù)的全過(guò)程,以及收費(fèi)站的設(shè)施建設(shè)和收費(fèi)管理方式的情況,提出了收費(fèi)站通行能力提高的相應(yīng)對(duì)策。此外,本文實(shí)證研究部分引用了京石高速公路涿州北站改造工程項(xiàng)目的實(shí)例,通過(guò)運(yùn)用排隊(duì)理論和統(tǒng)計(jì)理論知識(shí)對(duì)工程前后車(chē)流數(shù)據(jù)變化情況的分析,對(duì)文章的理論核心進(jìn)行了論證。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economy, China's highway transportation industry has been greatly developed. Highway as the most basic transportation facilities, has become an important pillar of national economic development. As an important service facility on the expressway, the service level of the toll station directly affects the capacity of the expressway. In recent years, with the rapid development of national economy, the traffic volume of expressway increases rapidly, which brings great pressure to the service capacity of toll collection station. At the same time, the impact of bad weather and the opening of green traffic have brought challenges to the service capacity of toll stations. Therefore, how to improve the capacity and service level of toll stations under the existing conditions is an urgent problem to be solved. This paper summarizes the general situation of expressway construction and development from two aspects of theory and practice, and analyzes the relevant factors that affect the traffic flow of expressway. Based on the analysis of the whole process of the payment service of the vehicle in the toll station, as well as the construction of the facilities of the toll station and the situation of the charge management mode, the corresponding countermeasures for improving the capacity of the toll station are put forward. In addition, the empirical research part of this paper cited the transformation project of Zhuozhou North Railway Station of Jingshi Expressway as an example, and analyzed the variation of traffic flow data before and after the project by using queuing theory and statistical theory knowledge. The theoretical core of the article is demonstrated.
