【摘要】：近年來,地鐵建設(shè)項目以其在節(jié)能、環(huán)保、安全、便捷方面的獨有優(yōu)勢在全國推廣開來,但地鐵建設(shè)中卻存在一系列環(huán)境、資源等問題。因此,探討“綠色地鐵”理念,研究綠色地鐵的評價方法具有較強的實踐意義。首先,本文對綠色地鐵基本內(nèi)涵和全生命周期綠色地鐵建設(shè)進行深度剖析,結(jié)合綠色地鐵評價概念,確定綠色地鐵評價的評價內(nèi)容。通過分析綠色地鐵和綠色地鐵評價現(xiàn)狀,指出綠色地鐵評價體系構(gòu)建的迫切性,并對評價工作的過程進行梳理。其次,通過閱讀和整理國內(nèi)外相關(guān)科技文獻,現(xiàn)場調(diào)研目前正在實施的以及已投入運行的多個地鐵項目,分析河北省綠色地鐵建設(shè)全生命周期影響因素,在此基礎(chǔ)之上建立綠色地鐵評價指標(biāo)體系,并運用模糊數(shù)學(xué)的原理構(gòu)建綠色地鐵綜合評價模型。然后,通過調(diào)查各省市地鐵建設(shè)各個階段的噪聲、電磁輻射、環(huán)境振動、固體廢棄物等污染物的排放水平,同時參照各國綠色建筑評價標(biāo)準,結(jié)合主管部門或建設(shè)單位的建設(shè)理念和環(huán)保、節(jié)能目標(biāo),確定綠色地鐵評價標(biāo)準。最后,運用構(gòu)建的綠色地鐵評價體系對石家莊地鐵3號線一期工程進行綠色評價,確定該地鐵工程的整體綠色水平,同時可根據(jù)評價結(jié)果中各一級指標(biāo)的得分,找出綠色地鐵建設(shè)的薄弱之處,為今后綠色地鐵建設(shè)提供改善方向。綠色地鐵評價是綠色地鐵從理念進入操作層面的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。構(gòu)建的河北省綠色地鐵評價體系(包括評價指標(biāo)體系、評價方法和評價標(biāo)準),可以直接應(yīng)用于河北省地鐵建設(shè)的“綠色評價”,使綠色地鐵評價工作有條理、有步驟地穩(wěn)步展開,同時也可為其他省市綠色地鐵建設(shè)提供參考和借鑒,促進綠色地鐵在我國的發(fā)展建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, subway construction projects with its unique advantages in energy conservation, environmental protection, safety, convenience in the promotion of the country, but there are a series of subway construction environment, resources and other problems. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to discuss the concept of "green subway" and to study the evaluation method of green subway. First of all, this paper analyzes the basic connotation of green subway and the construction of green subway throughout the life cycle, combined with the concept of green subway evaluation, determines the evaluation content of green subway evaluation. By analyzing the present situation of green subway and green subway evaluation, this paper points out the urgency of the construction of green subway evaluation system, and combs the process of evaluation. Secondly, by reading and sorting out relevant scientific and technological documents at home and abroad, investigating and investigating many subway projects that are currently being implemented and have been put into operation, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the whole life cycle of green subway construction in Hebei Province. Then, by investigating the emission levels of pollutants such as noise, electromagnetic radiation, environmental vibration, solid waste and other pollutants in various stages of subway construction in various provinces and cities, and referring to the evaluation standards of green buildings in various countries, Combined with the construction concept of the competent department or construction unit and the goal of environmental protection and energy saving, the evaluation standard of green subway is determined. Finally, the green evaluation of Shijiazhuang Metro Line 3 is carried out by using the green subway evaluation system, and the overall green level of the subway project is determined. At the same time, according to the scores of the first grade indexes in the evaluation results, Find out the weakness of green subway construction and provide improvement direction for green subway construction in the future. Green subway evaluation is the key link of green subway from concept to operation. The evaluation system of green subway in Hebei Province (including evaluation index system, evaluation method and evaluation standard) can be directly applied to the "green evaluation" of subway construction in Hebei Province, which makes the evaluation work of green subway orderly. It can be used as a reference for the construction of green subway in other provinces and cities and promote the development and construction of green subway in our country.
