【摘要】：港口是支持國家和地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,是鏈接生產(chǎn)與消費、國內(nèi)與國外的紐帶,直接關(guān)系到腹地經(jīng)濟的興衰以及城市建設(shè)的進程。龍口市地處膠東半島西北部,隸屬于煙臺市。東臨煙臺,南近青島,北與大連、天津、秦皇島隔海相望,是環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟帶上的一顆璀璨的明珠。正確認識并理解港口之間的競爭及物流功能的轉(zhuǎn)變,并以此為據(jù)打造龍口港鋁礬土運輸發(fā)展規(guī)劃,加快龍口港鋁礬土運輸發(fā)展速度,不僅可以以點推面,全面帶動港口其他貨種的運輸業(yè)發(fā)展,還可以推進龍口港實現(xiàn)億噸大港的步伐,更好地加速腹地經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,對全國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展均有重要的推動作用。 本文首先從現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的發(fā)展狀況、船舶大型化、腹地經(jīng)濟和其他港口發(fā)展狀況等方面,全面地分析了龍口港發(fā)展鋁礬土運輸?shù)耐獠凯h(huán)境。其次,通過對龍口港情況介紹和集疏運體系、吞吐能力的分析,概括介紹了龍口港發(fā)展鋁礬土運輸?shù)膬?nèi)部環(huán)境。在定性分析的基礎(chǔ)上,通過使用神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和改進型灰色模型分別對龍口港未來港口及鋁礬土吞吐量進行預測。在以上述分析預測的基礎(chǔ)上,本文進行綜合分析得出龍口港鋁礬土運輸?shù)陌l(fā)展目標：于“十二五規(guī)劃”末港口吞吐量突破1億噸,鋁礬土吞吐量突破2000萬噸。上述目標,本文提出了以相對利益、優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)以及高速有效的物流模式為發(fā)展重點,采取以“以港興市、以市促港”的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,切實提高港口地位、發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)等戰(zhàn)略措施,并于文章最后得出結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Port is an important infrastructure to support national and regional economic development, it is the link between production and consumption, domestic and foreign, directly related to the rise and fall of the hinterland economy and the process of urban construction. Longkou City is located in the northwest Jiaodong Peninsula, affiliated to Yantai City. Yantai in the east, Qingdao in the south, Dalian, Tianjin and Qinhuangdao in the north, is a bright pearl in the Bohai economic belt. To understand correctly the competition between ports and the change of logistics function, and to build the development plan of bauxite transportation in Longkou Port, and to speed up the development of bauxite transportation in Longkou Port, we can not only push the development of bauxite transportation from point to point, It can also promote the pace of realizing 100 million tons of port in Longkou Port, accelerate the development of hinterland economy, and play an important role in promoting the economic development of the whole country. In this paper, the external environment of bauxite transportation in Longkou Port is analyzed from the aspects of the development of modern logistics industry, ship size, hinterland economy and other port development. Secondly, the internal environment of bauxite transportation in Longkou Port is introduced by introducing the situation of Longkou Port and analyzing the transportation system and capacity. On the basis of qualitative analysis, the future port and bauxite throughput of Longkou Port are predicted by using neural network and improved grey model. On the basis of the above analysis and prediction, the development target of bauxite transportation in Longkou Port is obtained: the throughput of the port exceeds 100 million tons at the end of the 12th Five-Year Plan, and the throughput of bauxite exceeds 20 million tons. In order to improve the status of the port, this paper puts forward the development strategy of "prospering the city with Hong Kong and promoting the port by the city", focusing on the relative benefits, high quality service and high speed and effective logistics mode, and adopting the development strategy of "developing the city with Hong Kong and promoting the port with the city". The development of modern logistics industry and other strategic measures, and finally reached a conclusion in the article.
