【摘要】：機(jī)場是現(xiàn)代化城市的重要組成部分,許多大城市,尤其是國際城市大多都擁有一個(gè)以上的大型樞紐機(jī)場,而我國由于是發(fā)展中國家,民航事業(yè)起步晚、起點(diǎn)低,民航基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施還普遍比較落后,隨著國家經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的逐年提升,民航事業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,城市機(jī)場建設(shè)的高潮迭起,更多的大城市、省會城市遷建或者擴(kuò)建機(jī)場,因而系統(tǒng)周密的研究機(jī)場轉(zhuǎn)場搬遷就變成一項(xiàng)實(shí)際而緊迫的工作。本文以東航云南有限公司轉(zhuǎn)場昆明長水國際機(jī)場為實(shí)際案例,結(jié)合民航理論知識和管理理論,以嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)系統(tǒng)的研究方法,較為完善的研究了基地航空公司轉(zhuǎn)場搬遷這一大型項(xiàng)目。論文首先簡述了選題背景和意義,介紹了昆明長水新機(jī)場轉(zhuǎn)場項(xiàng)目,提出了論文的研究方法和框架思路；對基地航空公司轉(zhuǎn)場項(xiàng)目籌備工作做了系統(tǒng)的介紹,并且詳細(xì)描述了基地航空公司轉(zhuǎn)場項(xiàng)目所經(jīng)歷的各個(gè)階段所要完成的工作內(nèi)容；論文用項(xiàng)目管理的理論知識以及管理學(xué)知識,以大量實(shí)例方式研究了基地航空公司轉(zhuǎn)場項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)設(shè)定到項(xiàng)目控制最后到實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)的整個(gè)過程,并提出了基地航空公司順利實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)場最為重要的三項(xiàng)工作。本文在民航業(yè)高速發(fā)展,機(jī)場遷、擴(kuò)建日趨頻繁的背景下,結(jié)合昆明長水國際機(jī)場轉(zhuǎn)場項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行研究提出建議,對今后基地航空公司轉(zhuǎn)場搬遷具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Airports are an important part of modern cities. Many large cities, especially international cities, have more than one large hub airport. However, because China is a developing country, the civil aviation industry starts late and the starting point is low. Civil aviation infrastructure is still generally relatively backward. With the national economic strength rising year by year, the rapid development of civil aviation, the high tide of urban airport construction, more large cities and provincial capitals have relocated or expanded airports. Therefore, a systematic and thorough study of airport relocation becomes a practical and urgent task. In this paper, taking Kunming Changshui International Airport of China Eastern Airlines Yunnan Co., Ltd as a practical case, combining civil aviation theory knowledge and management theory, with rigorous and systematic research methods, this paper studies the large-scale project of base airline transfer relocation. Firstly, the paper briefly introduces the background and significance of the topic, introduces the project of Changshui New Airport in Kunming, puts forward the research methods and frame ideas of the thesis, and systematically introduces the preparatory work of the turnaround project of the base airline company. It also describes in detail the contents of the work to be completed in each stage of the turnaround project of the base airline company, the theoretical knowledge of project management and the management knowledge of the project. This paper studies the whole process from the goal setting to the final control of the project control to the realization of the goal with a large number of examples, and puts forward the three most important tasks for the successful realization of the turnaround of the base airline. Under the background of the rapid development of civil aviation industry, airport relocation and expansion, this paper puts forward some suggestions based on the study of Kunming Changshui International Airport transfer project, which has certain guiding significance for the future relocation of base airlines.
