【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程的加快,民航業(yè)也迎來了發(fā)展的黃金時期。作為技術(shù)密集型和知識密集型行業(yè),高素質(zhì)的人力資源已經(jīng)成為制約民航企業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略性資源。在新的形勢下,“90后”員工將逐漸成為企業(yè)發(fā)展的生力軍!90后”員工具有與往代員工不同的成長環(huán)境、思維模式及行為特點(diǎn)。傳統(tǒng)的企業(yè)管理理念及模式已經(jīng)不能滿足“90后”員工管理的需要。如何有效管理“90后”員工給航空地面服務(wù)企業(yè)的人力資源管理提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)。 本文通過查閱和分析相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)、進(jìn)行實地調(diào)研等方式,在借鑒國內(nèi)外企業(yè)人力資源管理相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對內(nèi)蒙古空港航空地面服務(wù)有限公司(以下簡稱“地服公司”)“90后”員工的行為特征、管理現(xiàn)狀的深入分析,總結(jié)出地服公司在“90后”員工管理工作中存在的主要問題及產(chǎn)生問題的根源,并提出有針對性的管理策略,為航空地面服務(wù)企業(yè)改提升“90后”員工的管理水平,制定有效激勵措施提供了可供借鑒的建議和思路,對于其他類似的國有企業(yè)有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實借鑒意義和參考價值。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of economic globalization, the civil aviation industry also ushered in the golden period of development. As a technology-intensive and knowledge-intensive industry, high-quality human resources have become a strategic resource restricting the development of civil aviation enterprises. Under the new situation, the post-90s employees will gradually become the new force in the development of the enterprise. The post-90s employees have different growth environment, thinking mode and behavior characteristics from the former generation employees. The traditional concept and mode of enterprise management can not meet the needs of post-90s staff management. How to effectively manage the post-90s employees poses a new challenge to the human resource management of aviation ground service enterprises. In this paper, by consulting and analyzing relevant literature, carrying out field investigation and other ways, on the basis of drawing lessons from the relevant theories of human resources management of domestic and foreign enterprises, Through the in-depth analysis of the behavior characteristics and management status of the "post-90s" employees of Inner Mongolia Airport Air ground Service Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Land Service Company"), This paper summarizes the main problems and the root causes of the problems in the management of the employees after 1990 in the local service company, and puts forward some pertinent management strategies to improve the management level of the employees after the 1990s for the aviation ground service enterprises. The establishment of effective incentive measures provides suggestions and ideas for reference, which has a strong practical significance and reference value for other similar state-owned enterprises.
