【摘要】：民用航空業(yè)是我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略產(chǎn)業(yè)。眾所周知，安全生產(chǎn)是民用航空公司的生命線，客艙機(jī)組人員則是維護(hù)和延續(xù)這一生命線的重要角色，而這一重要角色作用的發(fā)揮必須以健康為前提。因此，客艙機(jī)組人員的職業(yè)健康對(duì)于航空公司的發(fā)展舉足輕重，對(duì)相關(guān)問(wèn)題展開(kāi)研究具有重要意義。 D航空公司是我國(guó)一家大型航空運(yùn)輸企業(yè)，在我國(guó)民航企業(yè)中具有代表性。本文在借鑒相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，采用實(shí)證分析和規(guī)范分析相結(jié)合的方法，綜合運(yùn)用管理學(xué)、心理學(xué)等理論知識(shí)，，對(duì)D公司客艙機(jī)組人員的職業(yè)健康狀況進(jìn)行了全面的調(diào)查分析，進(jìn)而揭示了影響客艙機(jī)組人員職業(yè)健康的主要因素，由此構(gòu)建了D公司客艙機(jī)組人員職業(yè)健康促進(jìn)體系，并針對(duì)體系中各主體行為提出了對(duì)策建議。本文的主要結(jié)論包括： 1.D公司客艙機(jī)組人員的職業(yè)健康狀況不容樂(lè)觀，某些疾病患病率較高；心理健康水平較低；日常生活方式不夠健康，絕大多數(shù)人處于中度以上疲勞； 2.影響客艙機(jī)組人員職業(yè)健康的因素多樣而復(fù)雜，主要包括職業(yè)方面、客艙機(jī)組人員個(gè)體方面、社會(huì)環(huán)境方面的諸多因素； 3.必須以多方協(xié)作，共同促進(jìn)的理念，建立1（頭）-2（翼）-1（核）職業(yè)健康促進(jìn)體系。體系中的政府、航空公司、社會(huì)服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)和客艙機(jī)組人員等四個(gè)主體既相互關(guān)聯(lián)、相互制約，又可以采取各自策略，共同促進(jìn)客艙機(jī)組人員的職業(yè)健康。 本研究及成果豐富了職業(yè)健康領(lǐng)域的研究方向和內(nèi)容，可以為D公司客艙機(jī)組人員職業(yè)健康的促進(jìn)提供理論依據(jù)和可借鑒的框架體系與實(shí)踐策略，對(duì)我國(guó)其它航空公司的相關(guān)工作也具有參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Civil aviation industry is an important strategic industry of economic and social development in China. As we all know, safety production is the lifeline of civil aviation company, cabin crew is the important role to maintain and continue this lifeline, and this important role must be based on the premise of health. Therefore, the occupational health of cabin crew plays an important role in the development of airlines. D airline is a large air transportation enterprise in our country, which is representative of civil aviation enterprises in our country. Based on the relevant research results, this paper adopts the method of combining empirical analysis with normative analysis, and synthesizes the theoretical knowledge of management, psychology and so on. The occupational health status of cabin crew of company D was investigated and analyzed, and the main factors affecting the occupational health of cabin crew were revealed. The occupational health promotion system of cabin crew of company D was constructed. The countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for each subject's behavior in the system. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1. The occupational health status of cabin crew of D Company is not optimistic, the prevalence rate of some diseases is high, the mental health level is low, the daily life style is not healthy enough, most people are in moderate or above fatigue; 2. The factors affecting the occupational health of cabin crew are diverse and complex, including occupational aspects, cabin crew individual aspects, social environment aspects of many factors; 3. An occupational health promotion system must be established with the idea of multi-cooperation and co-promotion. The four main bodies of the system, such as government, airline, social service organization and cabin crew, are not only interrelated and restricted each other, but also can adopt their own strategies to promote the occupational health of cabin crew. The research and results enrich the research direction and content of occupational health field, and can provide theoretical basis and frame system and practical strategy for the promotion of cabin crew occupational health in D Company. It also has reference value to the related work of other airlines in our country.
